As far as administration goes, These ladies (and gentleman) are always on point. By far the best assistance I've received from the colleges I've attended. Professors focus on small class so it is easier to learn and ask questions. Lots of dual enrollment children attend early mornings so if you like peace and quiet, evening classes are for you. Online classes are difficult but not impossible. I do best online vs. on-campus. Whatever floats your boat with your lifestyle. Some professors are difficult to learn from on campus and online but most professors are grateful for the interest in learning and will distribute a wealth of knowledge and assistance gladly for you to grasp the concepts. Situated directly across from an elementary school, Morning traffic can get congested as well as when school's out. The road the school is located holds a convenient and easy way to get to exit 6, Walmart grocery, gas stations, flat rock, and food joints for your additional needs. The janitor keeps this school very presentable and clean on a daily basis. Parking is never an issue. This school is no smoking, no guns. There is a pleasant outdoor viewing/homework area in a gazebo but be warned, wasps and hornets like to make their home there. You can take a guided tour most days a week. Student workers and administration seem to always be delighted to...
Read moreIf I could give them a zero I would. Unfortunately, there isn’t a point in posting a huge complaint because there will be excuses made for each claim instead of them actually being addressed. I can only say from my experience, if one wants an education with professors that are able to efficiently teach, seek education elsewhere. The college is more like a high school and smaller than a local private school. For a campus to be that small and have the amount of issues it does, that’s not a good sign. Sad really. I made great grades, so I’m not a student that flunked out and is now disgruntled. The school is just sub par and I will not be recommending...
Read moreWe have been using GMC for dual enrollment and it has worked great. The smaller class sizes and individual attention is just what our student needed. Some of his professors also teach at Columbus State University and other four year universities in Georgia so the teaching caliber is very adequate and even desirable! We highly recommend the Columbus campus of Georgia Military College for those who don't want to be lost in a huge sea of students. We also like the shorter terms (covering the same amount of work as a traditional semester). We travel often and it...
