First off, I hate having to give such a low score to a place. But I have to share my experience just like others here recently for Krystal. I went up to the empty drive-thru lane and was asked to go inside to the counter to order food. There is no explanation why or anything just asked to do so. I obliged and went inside. There is only one other customer who had just recently received his food and someone else seated at a table that was waiting for one of the employees. There are four employees that I saw in the kitchen area but no one was willing to come up to the counter to greet me or take my food order. I stood by for about 2 minutes waiting to see if anyone would actually acknowledge my presence and afterward I turned around and left. I can't rate the food quality since I never received it I can't even rate the customer experience since I had none. I was able to overhear a little bit of a conversation one of the workers was having over a personal call And also some moderately loud music playing from the back, which I personally don't mind a lot of times but in this situation did not help their case. The restaurant itself seemed to be moderately clean even though it is a little dated but I do hope that at some point the place can find some workers that are willing to actually put in some effort for customers either in the drive-thru or coming into the store. Read moreThe order was incorrect ....dining room closed and out of three employees, only one was not rude...orginal went through the drive thru, along with 5 others and we all were directed to drive around the front and wait for out food. When it was brought to us, the person first tried to give our order to another car after the other car opened it and dug through the back and realized it was not their order the lady then brought it to our vehicle. I was upset and said I needed to check the bag also and started to say because the other person you just gave it to, dug all in the bag.. The lady just turned and walked off... I looked in the bag, and it was incorrect ... So I proceeded to go inside and went to the counter, where two employees walked up and instead of asking what I needed or how could they help me...instead, said the lobby is closed..when I said, I have an incorrect order and the bag was also dug in by the person in the car that it was given to prior to me and I need this order corrected... They said again... We are closed inside. You will have yo use the drive-thru.... A nice lady employee came from the back came out and finally asked me what was wrong and got everything...
Read moreI eat breakfast at Krystal pretty often. Their sunrisers are the best, especially with the new approach to making them with real eggs and poultry. The food us good the majority of the time, and sometime the Customer service is too, but in the past week I've went on 2 seperate occasions to be told they didn't have the ingredients to make more than 1 sunriser or 1 bacon breakfast bowl. I know places run out of things, and it's just part of the servuce industry, but the ingredients needed to cook what I ordered could be bought at any grocery store. The biggest issue I had was that after I placed my order (5 sunrisers and 1 breakfast bowl) it wasn't until I pulled to the window that I was told they only had 2 sunrisers. So I changed my order to add another breakfast bowl. The attendant ran my card (thankfully it was still turned off ) then informed me they couldn't make another bowl either. We ended up not getting anything, but in the future if you run out of stuff to make your food with, let it be known up...
