The manager is EXTREMELY rude. Delivery order didn't arrive and all she said was "I can't help you. You have to call who you ordered it from". But I ordered from Subways website. I asked for a manager. She said she WAS the manager. So I asked for the general manager. Then the owner. She said he was in the hospital. Then she called him (she told me this later). So she started remaking the order without telling me anything. She went to toast it and I said I didn't want it toasted. She says "IT SAYS TOASTED!" while pointing at the receipt. So I restated I didn't want it toasted. Then she hands it to me and says the owner wouldn't do it again. I said "I thought he was in the hospital. Can I get that number?" She said no. I stated it was the last time I would go to their store. She said "one day you'll figure it out." So she has quite an unfriendly and very rude demeanor. I'd absolutely LOVE a call from someone above her. The sandwiches aren't very good either. But usually they are.
