Subway — Restaurant in Columbus

I have been going to this subway for over 3 years now. I go on my days off to get lunch but have been going less because the service has been getting worse the past months. After not going awhile I decided to go in today 9/17/15 at 8pm. And after this experience I will not be returning. I'll start by saying the last time I was there I walked out before receiving my food because a younger girl with short black hair burped over a mother's sub, and was very rude making a hand gesture to hurry up. But then tonight a very loud lady was working behind the counter and she seemed upset about something. The customer service was just not there. The WORST work environment I have ever seen. I’ve seen a lot of disgusting work environments but this one take the top. The floors are disgusting, the glass is also dirty, the fridge screen, dirty. The workers there use their bare hands to make the food, and they are just plain rude. My worst experience was when I went in to ask if they accepted subway series coupons, and they said no. Then they rolled their eyes at me and were giving me rude looks. Then someone else the opposite race walks in and asks if they accept the same coupon I just asked if that was acceptable, and they said yes. Walking into this place you notice from the moment you walked in the door how dirty this place is the glass on the doors and windows looks like they haven’t been wiped down in years The lettuce looks like it may have been from yesterday as a restaurant general manager I understand keeping down food cost and I do not like to leave reviews but I know places on the west side of Columbus that are cleaner than this place This place never really seems busy i’m sure we could be doing some type of cleaning when we have downtime if the doors windows and floors were that dirty, I would hate to see what the soda...
