So first off, I absolutely loved my food! I got the steak and chicken with fried rice meal which the menu says comes with 2 sauces and an egg roll. I've had better yum yum sauce, but it wasn't bad at all. For background, I am a lover of Japanese cuisine (shoutout to Akai Hana for authenticity!!), so for me to enjoy it was a big deal to me. Unfortunately, my husband was a complete 180. He hated it. Admittedly, the lo mein noodles did resemble spaghetti noodles, but I tasted them and it tasted fine.

So he won't be back, but I might. I only say might because the guy taking the orders leaves A LOT to be desired. He was a little rude in my interaction with him and not knowledgeable about the displayed prices. I learned the latter when another customer came in wanting the beef and broccoli , to which the cashier asked if he wanted vegetables. The patron said 'just the broccoli,' and the cashier said, 'so yes, add vegetables,' making the patron repeat his earlier words. The cashier then said, 'so do you want vegetables or not?'. Fast forward to payment time when the patron says the price is more than what shows on the menu and after some back and forth for TWO MINUTES, the cashier admits that the menu is wrong. The patron said they need to update that. Now, I'm quick to leave a place when I think the customer service sucks, but I was so hungry that I stayed. In any other case, I would have left immediately because the cashier seemed annoyed to have customers.

Lastly, the meal price was supposed to come with an egg roll, so I ordered 1 extra for each of my meals. I only received 2 egg rolls total for both meals when I paid for 4. In their defense, there are like 3 signs posted to check your food for accuracy before you leave. I did not heed it. I honestly didn't want the friction.

*The chef knows what he's doing and he would be the ONLY...

Went in with my girlfriend and a pal helping us move apartments the other day and I was blown away by how much charm this place has. Going into the building it seems off initially. Digital menus with corrected prices taped over on top of the TV screens, a front counter that looks like something you’d see at a medicine counter or an outdoor gas station, next to it a small single monitor showing low-resolution pictures of food to the point where they can be nearly unrecognizable, and a wide open space with zero seating. We were planning on doing take-out anyway, so that was fine, but it we were starving and the prices were decent, so we went for it. Overall it’s initially off-putting, but I think that might’ve added more to the experience rather than taken away. Ordering was a tiny bit tricky because there’s a slight language barrier, but trust that the people working there KNOW what they’re doing. About 10 minutes with no line, and our containers were PACKED with food. More than worth the price. My girlfriend and I had a ton of leftovers after, and they reheated beautifully. Surprisingly (to me) for teriyaki, they tasted pretty good while cold too. Absolutely delicious fried rice, vegetables, meat (my gf and I got different entrees so I got to try 2!), the whole deal. Nearly reminds me of one of my favorite Chinese restaurants back home! This place feels like another semi-hidden Columbus gem, and I’m so glad we found it! Can’t wait to...

I honestly don’t know where to start I bought two chicken teriyaki meals first off 26$ not for that the chicken was chewy, overcooked, just not good at all plus I could prob come up more tbh but I’ve wasted too much time and energy already and I still have to go somewhere else to eat and not to mention they don’t give you an options to choose vegetables. You have to either have no veggies, pay a dollar extra just to have broccoli which btw is already suppose to be included it’s wild I mean just TERRIBLE if you don’t take pride it your food/job etc that should not be your line of work im very displeased so I’ve been there once before which btw wasn’t good either but figured hey give them another chance right no worse mistake ever I put a couple pictures in there my girlfriend was so offended she just threw her food in the trash smh I mean just plain out disgusted someone would be ok with giving...

Tons of food for the price. Taste and quality are on point. I ordered the Steak and Chicken Lo Mein and asked for “extra spicy”, it did not disappoint. I wish they had more of their menu posted in the lobby. There is one board on the wall with 6-8 combos listed; however, they have a much larger menu that includes a good mix of Chinese and Japanese food. Use a monitor to display the menu if you don’t want to print.
