First time coming in, the place looks clean and the cook seems nice. However, telling someone they have to pay a dollar cash if using EBT is illegal. There are no taxes or fees that should be included since it's a government card. Now, if they just wanted a tip, we could have easily and happily gave it to them because the food was great and the cook was really nice.
