Wendy's — Restaurant in Columbus

Worst Wendy's I've been to in quite some time. I was filling up my cup then tasted it and the drink was awful cause it was watered down. I told someone they either need to change the c02 or there is an issue with the drink dispenser itself because all 3 drinks I tasted were extremely watered down. I tried Dr Pepper, Coke and Vitamin water. All 3 were not right. I was told the drink dispenser is fine and the c02 was just replaced. Okay, well if true then you're serving the worst version of those drinks that I've ever had. I ended up getting a water instead so I basically wasted my money buying a drink. And sadly every customer buying pop from here will be wasting their money if it's always like this. My order was to go so I got in my car and drove off before realizing the burger was probably made an hour ago, had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while plus the bun on top was half ripped up. Then to top it off the fries and nuggets were room temperature. Seriously, if I hadn't ordered a frosty then nothing I ordered would've been served properly. This place is terrible and I basically wasted my money going here. Fortunately I'm not a local but regardless you've got some serious problems at this location that need addressed. I don't know how anyone could say those...

The service here is just plain horrible! I went here a week ago and they gave me the incorrect amount of change. It wasn't a big deal but the last time I went here was the last straw. The cashier leaned so close to my drink, talking while making it. I am a germaphobe....And why do he lean so close to the cup? The sandwich had a strand of hair in it, they offered to make me another sandwich. At first, I awkwardly accepted it. But, I felt more and more disgusted just thinking about it and told them to forget making another sandwich for me. I noped out of there so quick. I do work nearby which is the only reason I came here but there arw other fast food places that I can go to in this area. I will never eat there again. I will just go to the Tim Hortons instead. Actually, I will go to any fastfood place but here. This Wendy's used to have 5 stars and a glowing review. But, my views changed after my recent visits.

Old review: This location is actually very good! The staff seems to be nice and the small fries are a decent size compared to other fast food places. I work nearby and sometimes I will come here to eat lunch. I love that Tim hortons is close to this Wendy's too. I can have cheese...

Okay guys. It's time for some re-training.

This is the third time in a row that I have come here (dinner or later) and gotten no sauce, wrong items, or a combination there of. More attention to detail needs to be spent when the bag is about to go out the window instead of cracking jokes with three people standing behind the counter. I've worked food service; there is down time. You just want to do anything to make the time on the clock fun. I know it's dead and I'm the only one in line, but clearly the distractions are too much for your team to handle, just to get some ketchup in the bag. Please take my orders more seriously, as I take spending my money and expecting to enjoy my meal just as serious.

Otherwise, the day shift seems to have their stuff together and have never had issues at lunch time. As a matter of fact, I love how friendly the team feels at lunch. But until I see some more consistency, this is a two star review, as 2/5 is about the fraction of my meal I was...
