Wendy's — Restaurant in Columbus

The one thing you can always expect and receive at Wendy's is good service. Asking for your food to be made fresh grill don't always happen. Mostly you'll get an old cold crumbly hamburger came out of the universal holding bin. Wendy Houston make the best hamburger out there but now they've fallen down apart about equal to McDonald's I used to go out of my way to go to Wendy's but not anymore. You can go next door to Long John silver and ask for a piece of fish made fresh. They listen to you and a fresh drop a brand new piece of fish in a hand to you hot out of the fryer. The staff at this Wendy's is awesome but I'm sure it is through management that when you ask for a fresh hamburger off the grill it doesn't happen they give you one out of the universal holding bin. It might be the employees who are making it they just don't care and take one out of the universal holding them because they're already ready for another hamburger. I have made complaints and called Wendy's corporate about the store being locked up in the middle of the daytime they told me somebody would call but nobody has...

This is the closest wendy's to us, and most convenient.

This location has repeatedly used the 4oz pattied on our Dave's double instead of the 6oz patties they are supposed to.

I've worked at wendy's for 3 years myself and am lucky to have had some good co-workers and management that made my time with the company memorable.

I'm unsure if this is management having not trained employees properly or just some mistake that conveniently keeps happening with our drive thru AND doordash ordered on many occasions.

I do not appriciate being ripped off this way, especially when wendy's continues to get more and more expensive.

This is the only location that we have had this issues at. Especially on repeated visits.

I believe this started sometime mid 2024. It' happened when my husband has ordered a double baconator as well, but we gave benefit of doubt assuming they hot it confused with the son of baconator. But this is consistently a problem with any double ordered.

One Star is too much. Awful and dangerous place. I went there yesterday, 5/30/18 and pulled through the drive to pay for my order. When I handed the cashier my money, he had a HUGE, BLEEDING gash on his ring finger. He takes my money, puts it in the register and takes out my change and hands it to me. I was caught off guard and took the change. I pulled up to pick up my order and they the server about it. And she said they’d look into it. I called the main office to report it and was told that they would get on this immediately and that I’d hear back. I called back three times bc I never heard back. It took them 20 hours to get with me. All I got was an apology and that they talked to the cashier. Thx Wendy’s for the blood borne pathogens! Do you want some Hep C with your fries.
