West African Restaurant — Restaurant in Columbus

I visited This location Three times off the top of my head.. How I found this location cause I got lost one day looking for some this other business and discovered there is international african restaurants.. I'm from america. So every time I go in even yesterday when I purchase My meal she asked me is it for here or to go. I said packet to go but I will eat here Just because I don't wanna get it all over me and in my car Since I am transitioning to a new place.. When I ask her for a Retray to put under my food which she always wants someone to do She got a little attitude about she. I guess she ain't wan to give nobody a trade to eat her food On the table.. What type of establishment do you have is it a restaurant or you just want The lobby To be a show and tell Show room.. It is a restaurant people is going to want to eat in If that's causing you to act that way.. But I said never mind I gave you back your tray. I took my food and that's the last time you will see me as a customer.. I am a customer, what's wrong with dining in at your At restaurant you have a guy there to help you? He cleans up nicely so I don't know what the big fuss was. I will now go to the other African restaurants. The Ghana 🇬🇭 round the corner. The man next door at DiDi I'll just go to him or go to the ones on the East side.. You did that to that man. The day before yesterday You did that to that man who sat next to me across from me eating. Worrying about your tables getting dirty while someone's eating. It's african food you know You might get a fingerprint or 2 because the food is so greasy. Good, and it's just, that's how you eat. African food is not Five star restaurant like we dressed up in gowns.. Soap and water were clean that table right off. And there's nothing to it stop being so...

I’ve noticed other comments about how mean the lady is but nothing on how rude she talks. I’ve been a cUstomer for years and I can tell you one thing about African restaurants or restaurants in general. 1. They are all run by multiple workers. However this hardworking lady runs the restaurant by herself(answers phone calls for orders and prepares the food and has to cash out at the register by herself.) Her mean facial expression is just normal but doesn’t show when she’s talking to a customer. I order jollof with koka fish everything for the past 5 years. I’m Ghanaian and choose this jollof of other Ghanaian restaurants around me. For the portions, tastiness, and multiple extras(salad, &meats ). You cannot beat the price anywhere...

I gave 3 stars because I like the food but I will not be going back. I've been here a few times and the price is never the same. This time I actually used the menu to order and it clearly stated 13$ for the okra soup and 1 side. But she charged me 17$ today I usually pay 15$ but thats besides the point. I wouldn't even be bothered if it were still 15$ but when I pointed out the price she told the side is charged separately even though the menu clearly states otherwise. That's bad business for sure never again... let me add its not to much to pay at all but don't lie to me about it when I ask why..just redo the menu and change the price. I would've felt better had she just said that instead of trying to play me like I'm reading...
