I made an order for my daughters birthday party at 11am for a party that was at 1. I called at 1:15 to get an ETA, and I've never been treated so horribly. The women Jay who answered was immediately rude and even told me I was lying. She said my order went in at 12:35 and it was going to an hour and a half, I stated that I made the order when I did and she said "no, I'm looking at it right now and it's at 12:35, it'll get there when it gets there". I said I wanted a manager and she said she was, she called me a liar and said that and said she didn't need to know anymore about customer service because I'm blaming others for my mistake. She yelled over and over that she was hanging up, and that she's busy and has no time for me. So 1:30 hits and I called again to find out where the driver was, the store stated on its way, then 2:00 hit and still no pizza, the party had been going on for an hour, my guests and my three year old were hungry, we decided to call one more time then go with a different pizza place. When I called again I stated my story and the male I spoke to said, there will be no discount and they will arrive when they arrive, I asked if they could contact the driver and get an actual time, I was put on hold, and he came back and once again said soon. We went and got other pizzas and at 2:15 pizza arrived. We refused the pizza, and even on the receipt it said that the order was expected at 1:00pm. Someone who is a manager at blackjack, said what probably happened is one shift didn't communicate with the other and let them know so they didn't check and see. Read moreI ordered my pizza at 5:40pm. My online order told me the wait time would be 60 minutes. I called the store Danaye answered the phone told me the wait was 2 hours. I asked when I would get my order. She was rude put my on hold and then got back on the phone and told me she didn't know when I would get my order. At this point I was willing to pick my order up if it was going to be a 30 to 40 min wait. I explained that the online order told me 60 min wait and that it was frustrating that is a 2 hour wait. Double the time I was given. She then put me on hold again when I asked how long the wait would be. When she came back she told me that Alex the assistant manager told her " he doesn't control what happens online" I was blown away that they would handle this in that manner. I canceled my order and asked for a refund. I put a verbal complaint with Alex and asked him to give their names and the store managers name who would be on duty. He told me Krissy was the store manager and that she would be in tomorrow at 4pm. I will be calling tomorrow to speak with the store manager. I can not believe the poor customer service I just received despite the amount of respect I had them and the amount of money I have spent at you're location. Depending on how Krissy the store manager deals with this issue I may never order from you again. I wanted to ordered 2 Calzone, the gentleman named Juan said that there would be about an hour half wate, I said that would not be a problem, so I ordered 2 Calzone one had sausage & mushroom and the other one had pepperoni with black olives. So my order was delivered and I gave my roommate her's and then started eating mine which was the pepperoni & black olives, well I noticed that there wasn't much of anything in the Calzone. So I asked my roommate about her's and she said she wasn't happy at all with what she got. So I decided to call and see maybe there was a new cook or something. So when I called I asked to speak with manager and the gentleman said that he was the manager. So then I explained to him that the calzones that we had ordered had very little toppings in it and it's not greasy like it usually is. So the gentleman had said that they were running very low on the toppings and they would not be getting the truck in until Wednesday and they had pretty much run out of a lot of their toppings.
