Edit: another year has gone by and it's the same. Sometimes it can be really good. Otherwise they still skimp on premium dishes you pay more for. Ordering from the app gives them the chance to skimp portions and load older food into your plate. I grabbed the spicy orange chicken expecting something incredible and it tasted like it sat around for a while. It's just not any good. Maybe if you order in and watch what they do it'll be better, but ordering from the app to save time doesn't help. 2nd pic is the recent order with a whole 5 shrimp! Smh.
Thought I'd give Panda another chance a year later.
Incompetence.
Remember when you could get Chinese food and the packaging would be bursting at the seams with food? Those times have passed. Dead and gone.
Why charge a premium for Shrinp when you only dish out 6 shrimp? Look at the ratio of Chicken Teriyaki (not a premium dish) vs Walnut Shrimp (premium dish.) And where are the walnuts? They should clearly call this dish fried shrimp. They also forgot my Teriyaki sauce that comes on the side, one of the key elements to this dish. Good thing I asked for plasticware (even tho i selected it in the app) as the lady that helped me wasn't sure if it was in the bag that SHE just assembled. "Do you want an extra just incase?" Good thing I said yes or I'd be eating my Chinese with my...
Read moreI would not recommend eating here! Not only is the food subpar but the service from managers is poor. The young kids that work here seem fine, but both encounters I’ve had with managers were negative. I would describe it as having an attitude and speaking in a demeaning manner. On one occasion we found a hair in our food (plate) and they had given Kung Pao instead of orange chicken for the bowl. So I called in to see what to do and of course, they wanted me to bring the food in to exchange. Which I was planning on doing if that was the only option even though it is so frustrating to drive back out when you have already gotten home! The manager just said she was going to put my name on a list and I could come pick up a new order for the orders that were wrong within 7 days. We dumped approximately $15 worth of food. A few days later I decided to go ahead and stop in to get the new orders and long story short there was only information that I was to receive one entree free. I really don’t have time to be going to these lengths to get food for free. If that was the case then I would have just returned to the store the day of to exchange the food for the correct orders. The entire experience was...
Read moreLet me share this with you. I LOVE Panda Express. Their portions and flavors are perfect as Item sides. Love it. I only get 30 minutes for lunch at work. It takes me ~10 minutes to drive to the restaurant. Pick up my order then drive back for another 10. If I use the Panda Express ordering app, my comfort should be warranted in not having to worry that your staff would give away my order. THEN having to wait for a specific item that has to take 15 minutes to make. I realize that we're in different times with staffing and logistic shortages but that also doesn't give the staff open-season to give me condescending looks either. Anyway, I took my order once it was prepared and ate it at my desk. That day's recipe was the freshest plates I've had at Panda Express. Delicious. It reminds me of why Panda Express is one of my top places to eat. Keep up the good work and I hope to have a better...
