TERRIBLE SERVICE. I'd give zero stars if it's let me. I dont write many reviews but my experience here was so bad I had to review. I just picked up my scotsman icemaker that they had for repair for over 5 months. They never touched it. When I called to check the status the first time, Dennis, the "service" manager, angrily told me that "this is what happens when you just drop stuff off" and that "my technicians are out every day fixing these for people who make a living with them everyday". I waited for over a month and no word. I called and got the voicemail for the svc dept. & left a message. No response. I waited a little more than a month again and left another message. Still no response. So, today I picked up the machine. The guy in the parts department was helpful but didnt know why they hadnt touched it. They wont ever get my business and hopefully not...
