Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Commerce City

Worst Popeyes by far. Customer service extremely sucks. If you ask for a manager from a counter chicken flipper, they have to know why and give you an attitude. Make sure you count your pieces of chicken before you leave here because they hella short changed me. Had to drive back to get the missing pieces. The lead was actually mindful and not rude so I give them props for that but the management will know what kinda disgrace this kind of service is from the other employees I have had to deal with on trips before.

Ordered thru the mobile app, went in to get my food and the from counter manager told me they were working on my order after I told her my name. Needless to say, after waiting there and coming up to the counter at the time my order was supposed to be ready, they told me my order had been stuck in the computer queue. So the lady had lied to me about my order being prepared. Wow what a compete was of fckin time. No more, I’m done with...

I absolutely love popeyes and was extremely excited when I saw one just off 270 by my work! It was lunch time! So I was extremely hungry and pulled in to get me a chicken tenders meal spicy. Of course and I went in and I ordered everybody was super nice and I got the 5 piece tender spicy meal with no drink and just a regular size fry on the side and it was $20. I mean, what universe is that okay? And then you pull up any other, and every other popeye's on the planet, and it's less than 12 bucks like who the F is running that place, and why is it double the price of any other Popeyes? I've ever been to I mean, is that even something they can do like? Don't go here if you like money. If you just want to throw your money away. This is the place for you, but my god like twenty bucks for a five piece tender...

They did an awesome job.

Last time we came here we ate at burger king And the line was long, but moved pretty good.

So today I tried both Popeye & Burger king.

There service was fast and friendly with good customer service. It was only 2 white males working and the cashier did a awesome job of make sure our food was hot and correct.

As far as the food, it also deserve a 5. We used the on-line coupons, so that help a lot.

Everything was hot and seasoned just right. Even the gravy was really good. The mac & cheese even had a nice taste.

My husband ask me to check the reviews and our experience was completely different from what we experience.
