I recently visited a version store on 43 ave and bell road both times extremely disappointed in the service the first time they told me phone and tablet I said yes then with my credit they tried to charge me a 1000.00 just for the phone and service with a non refundable 400 dollars I walked out I was passing through your store in commerce city TA and a fine gentlemen William gieseler when I told him the story of my disappointment in them asked could he please check for me I left the store that day with a phone and tablet for 500.00 and I spent a hundred on extras for phones he is truly a great salesmen I went back to the version store in pho because it is close to my home they said they had no explanation for this I told another employee there that William told me after six months I could upgrade they said just payoff the phone now trade it in and will get you the upgrade then they said 400 down on next phone and I said no they kept me in that store for an hour trying to reverse all they did I am so disappointed he didn't even check to see if I qualified for the phone ill never go back to that store William thank you for great service very...

He's very straightforward and knowledgeable about the entire process and goes into great detail in laying out all the minutiae of your plan and all the different costs. Everything was extremely transparent and he took great pains to make me aware exactly what I will be paying on my first bill and when it will be due. He also gave me sizable discounts on 3 accessories and a free high quality case for my phone. Cell phones are a necessity in today's age, with few people having land lines anymore - and in my industry of truck driving smartphones are an absolute necessity. Good customer service and support goes a long way into justifying and dealing with the cost of modern smartphones plans.    Read moreEditing review after 1 week from a 2 star to a 1 star. I just got my first bill - the guy told me it would be like adding an extra line and only cost $10 more per month as an additional line. My bill was almost $160 more than normal.
original review: The service was good, I was in and out of there with the new wi-fi hotspot added to my plan just as I had wanted. However when it came time to sign for it and pay, the guy (Brian I believe, could be wrong) told me there was going to be extra insurance added to the device - as if that was just the way it is, not giving me a choice. I told him specifically that I did not want the extra Asurion insurance - he said "ok", and we went on with the transaction. Now, 10 days later, I received an email from Asurion welcoming me to the family and thanking me for joining.
