Cookies Commerce City Dispensary — Local services in Commerce City

I bought a pen from them last week…. It was great until a couple days after out of nowhere stop working i thought it was the battery that was out so i try to charge it but it didn’t work… i came to the store and i explain everything to the employee and they ask me for my receipt … clearly i didn’t have it because i don’t keep my receipts and also because i never thought that the pen only gonna last me a week…. But since they didn’t mention that i have to keep my receipt when i did the purchase and they scan your id twice and also keep in their system all your purchases i didn’t think it will be a problem… well what a sorprise when the employee said that without the recipe he can’t do nothing that in my receipt said that you have to keep it if you want to return anything…I try to tell him that i was not aware nobody told me when i did the purchase (wich was so expensive since i spent over a 100 dllr) so since they have all my information how i was supposed to know… and again he said noup nothing that i can do … it doesn’t matter that my husband was a regular i was a regular … horrible service me and my husband will never purchase nothing from them … you would think that since you paid waaaaaay more than other dispensaries it will be a better costumer service but...

Second time visiting Colorado and boy do I tell you there are some odd people here. Was looking for a nice dispensary to visit and see what they had and saw this one had good reviews so decided to stop by. When we went in it already started out awkward. There was only one lady standing at this podium with red hair and she was looking down not caring we were there. We gave her our IDs because that’s what we usually do. Then she took us to the back where they have all of the products. We asked for suggestions and she tried to show us some options but the whole time we felt like we were still confused because it just seemed like she wanted to make a sale. I get it you want to make your commission but lady don’t stand there and tell me to just buy whatever. I spotted a box of pre rolls and when i went to pick it up she made me feel like a child by saying robotically that there is nothing in that box and grabbed the product herself. Like what a girl cant touch? Its a store? Correct? People do shop? The whole vibe was off. Not to mention she ended the sale by telling us to have a good day and to make sure to leave a good review because it will give her a good tip from her company…..Green Dragon is our usual go to. Guess we will be...

Spent way too long without shopping here! If you are a fan of cookies, you are wasting your time buying anyway else but direct. I saved like $10 on a pack buying it here than third party and i got a discount for being a local so that was a pleasant surprise. The display floor looked elegant, organized, and very modern. You almost get a feeling you are at a cell phone store rather than a dispo and i mean that in the most positive way possible. Toni, was my tender and was absolutely wonderful. I came in there knowing what I wanted but after telling them it was my first time at a cookies store, they gave me the whole run down of daily and random specials going on which will most certainly effect how often i come back. The security guard working the door was also awesome, i loved their positive energy before i hit the floor. The products speak for themselves, cookies is one of the top brands in country for cannabis cultivation and there is a very good reason why. Cookies is always my go-to for when im looking for a special treat and i highly recommend the Lemonnade Cake Mix! Overall I am extremely satisfied of my visit at cookies commerce city and i hope to see...
