Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Commerce City

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR PIZZAS AT THIS LOCATION IN THE STORE!!!!! I order there today got home and I ordered 6 pizza well 5 -6 were burnt the crust was burnt not a big deal I called the store to tell them asked for the manager she stated she was and her name was I said yes I wanted to let you know the pizza was Burt Immediately she said no they weren’t your wrong she watch it come out I said agian no iam telling you there burnt she said no there not I said ok well I can take them to you so you can see I don’t live fare away she no what do you want me to do with them I said excuse me she said all I can give you is a store credit for you next order I said ok but how is that going to help me now the crust is black she said well they weren’t that bad that it was the tomato sauce that Burnt and is was not that bad I told her so you new they were burnt and you gave them to me anyways so I asked for the corporate number she stated why iam going to give you a store credit for you next order what do you want me to do I said please give me the corporate number she said fine but iam going to tell them I offered a store credit for you next order but I know they weren’t burnt I said ok please she said fine and then at the end iam don’t talking to you iam hanging up I called corporate they told me to return them and apologized I also sent corporate pics and they said take them back and they reordered them and when I did she still continued to argue with me about them lucky she stopped when she heard I had corporate on speaker phone the end of this got got my pizza and I checked it but didn’t not stop her attuide as I was checking them she said loud enough yeah you better check them and rolled her eyes sorry pizzahut if you have mangers like this your not going to have anymore customers at this location I would do something....not good customer service here worst manager I have ever meet the manger on duty had the worst Attitude...

I ordered Pizza Hut quite frequently big member with the points and everything I had ordered pizza at a different location that had messed up my order when I went to my normal location to reorder the credit I was told I'd be given they did order it and send out my pizza for free the driver because I know my pizza was for free was completely rude when he brought it to me he didn't say hello kind of shoved everything in my hand and walked away shaking his head and I can guarantee it was cuz my order was free especially during the time of Christmas and just made me upset because I am a big time customer and spend a lot of money with Pizza Hut in general for the guy to act that way towards me made me upset there's no need or room in my life for rudeness and I was quite disappointed I called the store to let them know as well and the guy didn't answer the phone just kind of didn't seem like oh well I'll let somebody know I get we all have a bad day don't need to take it out on...

I had a terrible experience at the Pizza Hut in Commerce City, CO, and I feel people should be warned. William, an employee there, was extremely rude — not just to me, but to everyone I saw him interact with. He gave a lot of attitude from the start and made no effort to be polite.

It honestly felt like he was annoyed to even be there. His tone was disrespectful, his body language aggressive, and he clearly had no interest in providing decent service. I wasn’t the only one he treated poorly — other customers were getting the same dismissive, unprofessional attitude.

There’s no excuse for this kind of behavior in customer service. I won’t be going back, and I highly recommend others take their business elsewhere until this location learns how to treat people with...
