Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Commerce

Ordered 5 pizzas on the way home from a ball game last night. Picked it up and then drove home. Found a hair in a slice last night, and just didn’t eat it, mistakes happen right. This morning my son opened another box that had been put in the fridge, and low and behold a black hair cooked into the pizza. So at this point I did what anyone would do I waited until you opened and called. Asked to speak to a manager and Chris got on the phone I told him I had ordered last night and found hair in multiple pizzas. He immediately asked why I didn’t call last night I stated that it was late we don’t live in commerce by the time we got home we were putting the kids to bed etc. I said I’m not looking to get my money back, but if I had hair in multiple pizzas others likely did too, but I didn’t appreciate him acting like I was lying and if he needed I would bring the piece that was found this morning to the store to see. At which point he was yelling and said I’m not going to do anything about this. Sorry you had hair in your food, and hung up. Again I was not expecting to get a refund. I was simply trying to let them know they have a problem and might need to look into this. We will definitely not be giving them another penny of ours! Called in the employee thought i had pranked called before, did not, i ask if they where open and his reply was “ didnt you just call me “ my reply was wow , well i wasnt sure if you where closing down or not, he continued to get more rude , then before hanging up on me he said yes sorry we are closed, then hangs up i called back 3 times and they continue to hang up on me , 4th time i finally get a manager witch he was polite but wasnt welcoming he was very meek over the phone I physically go down there to the mans name that was so aggressive and hanging up on me and get an upper cooperation number witch no one will give me over the phone , the manager goes and gets him and he comes out of the kitchen already yelling at me before i said anything and the manager had to twice to back him down from getting hostile with me, i have recorded everything i will be in every day day to speak with the owner, the anger gentleman finally admitted when i said i dont deserve to be talk to or treated that way, but at that point we are past the apology, its a rainy stormy winter night i inow there jobs are hard and they are tired , but i and anyone dont...

Dominoes in commerce sucks. I am out of town trying to order a pizza for my daughter who is in college and there is no option to order online to have it delivered to her so i called and ordered it they said they were busy and it would be an hour. Well after an hour and half i called because she still had not received pizza. The guy on phone asked if such n such number was ours i said no then he asked another number i said yes. He said my daughter didnt answer the phone so there for no pizza. My option i was given was to make another order and b CHARGED AGAIN! !
