Ordered 5 pizzas on the way home from a ball game last night. Picked it up and then drove home. Found a hair in a slice last night, and just didn’t eat it, mistakes happen right. This morning my son opened another box that had been put in the fridge, and low and behold a black hair cooked into the pizza. So at this point I did what anyone would do I waited until you opened and called. Asked to speak to a manager and Chris got on the phone I told him I had ordered last night and found hair in multiple pizzas. He immediately asked why I didn’t call last night I stated that it was late we don’t live in commerce by the time we got home we were putting the kids to bed etc. I said I’m not looking to get my money back, but if I had hair in multiple pizzas others likely did too, but I didn’t appreciate him acting like I was lying and if he needed I would bring the piece that was found this morning to the store to see. At which point he was yelling and said I’m not going to do anything about this. Sorry you had hair in your food, and hung up. Again I was not expecting to get a refund. I was simply trying to let them know they have a problem and might need to look into this. We will definitely not be giving them another penny of ours! I am out of town trying to order a pizza for my daughter who is in college and there is no option to order online to have it delivered to her so i called and ordered it they said they were busy and it would be an hour. Well after an hour and half i called because she still had not received pizza. The guy on phone asked if such n such number was ours i said no then he asked another number i said yes. He said my daughter didnt answer the phone so there for no pizza. My option i was given was to make another order and b CHARGED AGAIN! !
