Easily the worst experience I've had eating out. After my two friends and I had our orders taken, we were left waiting for about an hour, as 3 or 4 tables after us had already been seated, served, and paid for their food. We flagged someone down trying to get an update on our order, and after about another 15 minutes, we were given cold food. The manager at least was kind enough to remake it. During that time we noticed our waitress talking to co-workers, pointing fingers at us. The food we ended up with was pretty good, but after an hour and a half of just waiting to get food, I wanted to talk about at least some sort of discount, anything to at least have made the extra wait with almost no communication worth it.
We went up to the front with our tickets to try to talk about the issue, and before a word comes out of our mouths the manager comes by and grabs our tickets. At first I was pleasantly surprised thinking that they were gonna void our tickets, optimism that was promptly smashed when the waitress side-rails us while we are waiting for the manager to come back about paying our tickets. At this point I just wanted out and promptly gave her our card. Manager doesn't say anything to us when he comes back.
Honestly the best part of the whole thing was the other patrons who were leaving at the same tim, talking to us about the complete and utter failure of a dinner service they had as well. They cared more about our food then...
Read moreOrdered the Tuna Steak on special for $25. It was still partially frozen when they served it to my wife. We sent it back to be throughly cooked, but it just didn't taste good. I ordered the stromboli it was okay, but I am guessing it was also a frozen product baked in an oven.
The water is tap water and not filtered and tastes really bad. Who doesn't serve filtered water?
The dinning area is nice and appears clean. The bathrooms are another story. The liquid soap in the dispenser has solidified. How many months or years does it take for liquid soap to solidify? It is obvious no employees have used soap when washing their hands, or the soap would be replaced. Also they were out of paper towels to dry your hands. It wasn't busy, so I am guessing they just don't clean or maintain their restrooms.
Service was below average. Not horrible but the waitress took our order then disappeared and never came back until she had the check. We had to flag down another waitress to send the fish back to be de-thawed and properly cooked.
The manager obviously has low standards and should be replaced. If I wanted frozen food, I would have hit the freezer section at the grocery store.
Not coming back, also avoiding the Rockwall and Royse City locations.
My wife wanted to give a four negative stars review. She was pissed. Oh man was she pissed. She told me to never come back. She is worried she ate bad fish and is now feeling sick to...
Read moreNice place to eat Italian food. I have visited here twice with my husband and again with my daughter. I believe both times were on early Saturday afternoon and it was quite with a few customers. First time I came for the lasagna but didn't want to go Olive Garden. We were seated quickly and ordered beverages. Garlic knotted bread was brought out. Fresh and delicious. With my daughter we ordered garlic and olive oil dip. OMG! It was filled with fresh garlic, parmesan, and Italian seasonings along with fresh basil leaves. I think we filled up on thatđ Until they brought out our salads. I love the house dressing for sure! My first visit I ordered lasagna(lunch portion) and second visit we both ordered Chicken Parmigiana. Sauce was hearty, chicken tender and noodles were cooked perfectly! Generous sized portions that we had to take home. Daughter ordered a delicious buzzed filled Peach Bellini for happy hour. Service was attentive on the first visit, also manager stopped by table. The 2nd visit waitress was okay but not so attentive on refills but still handle her duties. Definitely visiting again and certainly recommend as an affordable, generous portions Italian...
