Horrible customer service. While ordering through the drive through I ask the man in the speaker if I can please have a minute. He says okay, then as soon as I'm reading the menu he asks "so what are you getting". Instead of asking for another minute I ask what the buttermilk chicken sandwich has inside. He replies with " wait hold on give me a minute" so I say "no problem" (assuming he may be talking to the other car in the second lane, but I look and there was no other car) he comes back and I re-ask my question.."okay that will be a number four" I said "yeah but what does it have inside"? He replied with "your gonna have to hurry up sir" and some inaudible mumbles. He then starts talking fast" okay so its gonna be a number four, small medium or large what type of drink" like trying to get me to hurry up and choose so he can get me out of the way. After I finish the order I look back and NO cars were behind me or in the other lane. And to top it off my fries were cold and halfway full. I've came here since I was a child. And it seems to me like its only been getting worse over the last 2 years. Someone has to be called out on their behavior, or better training needs to get done. Maybe a manager who takes pride in their work and holds their employees accountable for being rude, not just let it slide over and over. If you see your employees are unhappy to work their and their actions are affecting the others LET THEM GO no need to babysit someone just because you feel bad about cutting someone loose.
4/5/21 It's been 5 months since my last review and today I decided to pass by here again. So this time I payed with cash. I had to ask for my change because the cashier took the money and and decided to just keep the change. At the next window I noticed that they didn't ask if I wanted any condiments like last time, so before the guy closed the window in my face I yelled "exuse me" he took a while to open it but when he did I asked if I can get some Mac sauce. Read moreWe were there at 10:30 at night, and the service was extremely slow. There was a car pulled over in front of me waiting for their foid. There was four cars behind me, that I could see, waiting for their food. As I watched the workers through the window, I realize that everybody seemed to have no idea what they were doing. They brought a bag for the window, and I thought that was our food, but they abruptly turned, grab another bag full of food and started rummaging through both bags. They seriously had no idea which order they were supposed to be putting together. They took french fries out if one bag and switched them with the french fries in yhr another bag. Took out one of the sandwiches and replaced it with a chicken nugget 10 piece. Finally, after almost 15 minutes sitting by the window watching, they finally came out and gave the car in front of me there soon so they could leave. A couple minutes later they handed me my bag (our order was correct) but, I had to ask for my two sweet teas and the sweet and sour for the chicken nuggets and some ketchup and napkins The food was warm, the drinks were cold, and I was satisfied when I finished eating. this is a nice location for a McDonald's because it's right off the I-5 freeway. I would like to believe that normally their service is not this slow or scattered. Would I go here again? If I'm down in that area, yes. There is a sign on the men’s room about it not working. However the men who work here had no problem openly joking about how their sign is keeping homeless men from using the bathroom. Also, one of said employees DID NOT wash his hands.
My wife and I order the same thing every single time. Her Chicken sandwich was cold (it’s supposed to be made to order) guess not.
My Quarter Pounder did not have the shredder onions on it. It was also cold.
Finally, there is a little sign next to the front Cashier on top of the cookie display that reads:
“If you complete a Highly Satisfied Survey, you can receive any item Free: Icecream, Beverage, Pie. Website is on your Receipt.”
Sure seems like they are bribing/paying people to give them good reviews. The General Manager walked past it several times, this tells me they are very aware of the sign. So either their District Manager knows about it or who knows how high it could go?
I purchased my food to “Dine In” after looking around and finding zero tables that were not wiped down by the staff and literally watching guests wipe their own tables - I decided to carry out.
If you’re brave or just don’t care you will have exactly 30 minutes to eat your food, at which time someone will come up to you point at the sign and remind you that your time is up. I hope you’re not elderly, disabled or have disabled kids because you only have 30minutes…
