Went here and they have a sign on the window that says 9pc. Mixed for $10.99. After I got my receipt I saw that I was charged $11.99. When I brought it to the girls (Erica) attention that serviced me, she first said that it was tax. Then I said, no the tax os on there for $1.18. Then she said, "It's a promo and that they put 10.99 on the sign to make people come, but the meal is actually $11.99." Then my mom told her that was false advertisement and that was not right. She told my mom, "to call the corporate office because to get her dollar back because she couldn't give it." I can onky imagine how many people they have ripped off since that "promo" has been up. I took a picture of the sign and we will be contacting an attorney. It's not about the $1. It's the fact that they are advertising one thing and making people pay...

My husband ordered a 3pc and it wasn't fresh. Especially for the price. Your chicken should be cooked to order so it can be fresh, hot and crispy. It had an old greasy taste. It sat under the heat lamp. He took one bite and threw it back in the box. He couldn't eat it. Also, we ordered Apple pies as in their window has the icing. We open the apple pies, NO ICING??, dry as hell, we ask them where's the icing? They said we don't put icing anymore. You shouldn't advertise them in the window with icing where you place your order.We purchased Three 3pc meals and 3 apple pies without icing and cost was $64.95. The worst location I’ve been to and it’s dirty nasty inside and out . The two times I’ve been there had to return my chicken under cooked cold potatoes and biscuits, while waiting in line the person ahead of me got his order then the cashier as I walked up said someone will be with you got her a drink and walked away then the next cashier comes out and looks at me went to assist another cashier tossed the chicken started doing everything except take my order I asked what’s the problem and of course she asked what will you have after ten minutes of me waiting.
