Taco Bell — Restaurant in Compton

At the arrival of my visit I ordered a $5 Nacho Fries Box. I asked Juan R. (Cashier) about the orange creme slushie and how it tasted. He was very rude and said he did not know and would not even ask any of his co-workers about the drink. When I arrived at the drive-thru window I told Juan R. that I wanted my change given to me back in 1 dollar bills . He gave me the wrong change back and refused to get a manager to open the drawer. When I asked him what his name was he said he doesn't have to provide that information to me. With the receipt I was provided I contacted the store number and finally was able to speak with the shift manager Minierva. I expressed to her the horrible service I was provided and she said she would talk to him. I am a former employee of Taco Bell and knowing Taco Bell values it should never get to to a point where an employee disrespects a customer. I am going as far as writing a corporate letter to corporate and will never come to this...

This store charged my card even though I did not make a purchase or leave with food. Went through drive-through, gave my card to the cashier, but she returned it saying she would charge it when I received my order. She told me it would be 10 minutes. 10 minutes? For fast food? Y'all are out of your monkey ass minds! Another car pulled up behind me, and the cashier asked me to sit in the parking lot and wait for my order. I think that's crazy. I said NO. I told her that we would just eat something else and to cancel my order. Then I left. I never received food for my kids. I was ordering 5 personal pan pizzas. I will never go to this establishment again. I'll just get off of my lazy ass, and cook. Y'all should be ashamed. They probably do this to Black people...

I don't eat taco bell often but when I do it is good. This location is clean and in the cut right behind Louisiana fried chicken. The only problem I had with this visit the young lady behind the counter kept forgetting my order and the things that came with my order. I asked for three combo meals she only gave me two. Two of the meals came with drinks she only gave me one cup I had to ask for the other. When my food was ready they only made two meals and forgot the third. I told her y'all try to get me out of here fast huh 😂 none the less the food was good. Customer service today.....
