Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Compton

Let's start with the positive. The food is fabulous. The chicken tenders are perfectly crispy and flavorful, and juicy, not dry. The biscuits are melt-in-your-mouth good. Yum. However, the service is absolutely abysmal. I cannot tell you why it would take 20 minutes to provide chicken tenders and biscuits for a drive thru order when I am the only one in line. This did not happen only once. Not even twice. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. You will be in the line waiting for your food a miminum of 15 minutes, even if you're the only one. Normally, I prepare my mind for the wait. Today, however, there were 2 cars in front of me, and I was hungry. Not a good combination. So after waiting almost 5 minutes, and not even getting to the point of ordering, I left and went to Popeyes down the street, where I was in and out in 2 mins. Church's... Y'all need to do better because...

What was the problem at Church's Chicken took too long to get my food I was in there for like 25 minutes there was four people working in there and it wasn't that many people inside and then when I got my phone the lady turned my gravey over inside of my bag I had to go back in there and wait another 10 minutes before I get some help again there's four people working in there at that time and then the chicken was pretty much guess it was overcooked or some spot to the chicken cuz what I paid $11 for change I got two bad pieces of dried out chicken I love turkey chicken that's the worst one I've been to not have been to quite a few of them all over even the Church's Chicken on Central it's good in Compton. I used to live in Compton 30 years ago I live in Riverside always...

Food was seasoned perfectly! Chicken was cooked fresh and not recooked with that burnt taste! The cashier was the nicest young lady , explaining to the other cashier "please don't address me with "how can I help you lady" it comes off as an attitude.... ma'am or Miss will do. ...Sick, horrible smelling women came in wanting money, yet I opted to buy her a meal, then she begins telling me she doesn't want to sit down to wait, yet continuously begging for money through other customers. SMH staff told her to wait outside, what a mistake..long story short, I ended up with an extra meal.. couldn't find a sole outside in need to feed out all nights! Still love this Churches, reminds me of the original back in the day (70's) off...
