McDonald's — Restaurant in Compton

Dominos pizza took too long and I saw across the street that McDonald's had nobody in the drive thru so I went there. Of course when I did 2 other cars pulled up before me so when I did my order and when I finally got to the window to pay then the manager maria came and gave me my mocha frap looking sad tired and no smile or eye contact and just gave me my mocha frap and said have a goodnight and I was like where the rest of my order then she gave me my cookies and just walked off then the other employee came and gave me the rest of my order that was ready to go by the window and he apologized that maria didnt give me my whole order and left then when I got down street checked my order and my fries were missing so I had to go back and wait again in the drive thru window for my fries they forgot to give me. Yesterday on sep 10,2024 I asked for hot mustard for my fries from one of the higher up main managers and she said I had to pay for the sauce which is understandable for the sauce and she said the sauce only comes with chicken nuggets today on sep 11,2024 i got a 10 peace chicken nugget and i got ranch and buffalo i also told the cashier to add hot mustard instead she put mild picante i asked that same manager for hot mustard and how the cashier put the wrong sauce and she told me i still have to pay and i said im not gonna get in that big line again for one sauce fpr the cashier mistake that main manager gave me a ugly face and gave me a open hot mustard. The MANAGER was so RUDE! As I ordered she repeated everything to me but when she summed it up at the end she said one part wrong. When I get to the window I paid and she handed me my change back sloppily, dropping one of my coins and closed the window. At the next window when I pick up my food I realize she repeated the order wrong the second time because she inputted it wrong. I ask for my sausage McMuffin with egg and she says I repeated the order u didn’t ask for egg. WTF? I have never been at a restaurant where they argue with YOU about your own damn order!
