Service with a smile.....not this place!! I recall when Senior was running it, the customer service was excellent, amicable, and "AUTHENTIC!" Nowadays, the only expression and service is of sarcasm and arrogancy from Junior. I can recall that while the transitioning years were when Junior was taking over the family business, it was still ok. Now you get attitude, sarcasm, and belittling replies when you ask him a question. People are understanding of isolated incidents of long or even bad days. However, customers never forget how you made them feel over something so insignificant. As far as food, they have a new cook...they can't get the orders right and the old authentic and delicious taste is no longer there. A good thing to remember is that your customers make your business succeed!! Our family also misses the customer service of Mr Valenzuela (R.I.P). It may not make a difference to Junior...however the store lost a customer that had been around about the same time he has been on...

People Came it and were noticed by staffed, like usuals coming to their favorite places. The pan dulce was okay, not the best. 😒 then came the champurado...the first sign that I thought it was going to be bad was seeing it be dispense from a cappuccino 711 machine 😅. I'm used to getting champurado from a Gatorade bucket, iykyk. That they they didn't cook out the masa properly. I had to spit it out asap. I'll try it again one day. The customer service was great. I hope it was a bad day and it's not the same the...
Read moreGood pan dulce, good burritos, and excellent bolillos and beans. The burritos are good but they only put 2-3 ingredients, for example if you order a carne asada burrito it’s only like carne asada beans and slasa. I can’t remember the exact ingredients, but don’t expect pico de gallo, rice, guacamole, sour cream, etc. Nonetheless, the burritos are tasty. My recommendation is the bolillos and the beans, that’s where this place truly shines. Parking is a bit iffy, it’s located right at the corner of a somewhat busy intersection,...
