I went in on my lunchbreak today from the hospital after I ordered online. I thought this would be the easiest option since I could grab and go. I showed up after the "expected time ready" which was no problem if I had to wait a few minutes, I was in no rush. I walked up to the front where the online orders are, and see 1 of my bags there. The woman working behind the counter rudely told me "it isn't ready" which once again, is totally fine, but the bags are closed so how am i to know? While waiting the woman made the comment "these online orders are just going to kill me" as I'm picking up an online order. That makes you feel real good. Once my food was done she grabbed the bags and literally threw them across the front counter. I was in shock. The other customers waiting to order gave me the same shocked look.
