The worst customer experience I’ve experienced in years, and it came straight from the manager, Jamie.
We had a simple mix-up with our order. My husband described what he wanted, but accidentally gave the wrong name. When we politely asked if it could be corrected, the manager, Jamie, was instantly rude and dismissive. Instead of handling it with any professionalism, she said there was nothing she could do unless we paid for another one.
When we expressed how unreasonable that was, she rolled her eyes, said she’d have to throw it out, and tossed it in the trash right in front of us. She then remade it, but not without giving us attitude the entire time.
It was such an unnecessarily hostile and uncomfortable experience over something that could’ve been handled with kindness and common sense. We weren’t trying to be difficult but were just asking for a little understanding.
With prices as high as they are at Baskin-Robbins, customers deserve better, a lot better. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, especially from a manager. If this is the kind of leadership and service this location allows, we...
Read moreLove their new location and the ice cream and service is great. The only issue is they have two nice bathrooms inside that are out of service. They do have two Jonny on the spot units outside but their not very clean and with 90s temps coming for the next week or so will make using the units nearly unbearable.

Read moreThe new location has more room and the parking is great! The flow inside is odd.....the register comes before the ice cream coolers, so you have to go down to taste ice cream(if you need) then back to order. Congested.
A younger customer needed the restroom, but they were both out of order, the toilets were wrapped. He proudly shared with all the customers.
