I am absolutely IRATE with what happened when we ordered pizza Friday September 27th. We have not ordered Pizza Hut in YEARS and thought we’d give it a try. Not only did we get rude people answering the phones but we never got our food. We placed a mobile order at 6:01pm with an estimated delivery of 7:01 PM. We finally get an update on our order around 7:15 PM saying that a DoorDash was on their way to pick up our order. At 7:35 it said that the DoorDash was at the store waiting for our order. At 7:45 DoorDash says that there is a driver going to pick up our order. I was so confused because the previous update had already said that somebody had picked up our order, but then I get another DoorDash saying that the restaurant never even had our order in the system and never made it so I was getting two conflicting stories from two different people that were trying to figure out what was going on. Then they switch the story and said that there was somebody from DoorDash that picked up our order and took off with it. So honestly, I have no clue what actually happened and I understand if you’re busy, which is why I didn’t do any complaining until after our pizza had taken over an hour and a half to even get an update on. I had to have my DoorDash delivery driver call me to try and be the mediator between myself and the Pizza Hut. It wasn’t until he finally handed his phone over to the manager that I was able to speak to somebody directly about my order. This didn’t happen until 8 PM! She said that she couldn’t take care of any refunds or canceling orders today and would take care of it the next day and could remake our order, but we’d have to wait a long time because they were that busy. WHAT?! We’ve already waited 2 hours and our order was nowhere to be found, but then we’d have to wait AGAIN for our food instead of prioritizing our order placed over 2 hours ago?! Needless to say, I told her don’t even worry about making our food and to cancel our order. Throughout this entire process I did not get a single “I apologize” or a “I’m so sorry for this confusion” which was even more frustrating especially when you are spending the kind of money you’re spending! This was the first time we tried to order Pizza Hut, like I said in years, and we will not be ordering Pizza Hut ever again. We will take our business to Papa Johns and Imo's, where they actually deliver our food fresh and in a timely fashion with friendly customer service. Read moreFor starters ordering delivery from just about any pizza place these days seems to be more of a specialty than the norm. So when this particular Pizza Hut location had an extra long wait for delivery I opted to go pick up my order from the store, ya to save time. When I did arrive to pick up my order, 2 pizzas, breadsticks & some wings I was lucky enough to find what I assumed was an employee. She was dressed like she had a date at her local laundry mat because her uniform was dirty and the only thing left to wear was a overly tight tank top, possible pajama pants and what I would consider house shoes. Thankfully I was able to enjoy her collection of random placed and poorly executed tattoos plus her demonstration of how to properly eat a slice of pizza while work begins the cashier counter. I am glad that this was the first person customers encountered while spending money at Pizza Hut. Don’t get me wrong where she lacked in professional appearance she more than came up short with her customer service but I could be wrong. In my opinion if this is going to be the face of this Pizza Hut location I will gladly take my business elsewhere. There should be a remedial class on customer service and conducting one’s self with some dignity and pride. Not a good look or good experience...
Read moreWe placed an order and when it was delivered it was wrong. We were missing boneless wings, sauces, and a topping that was requested be put on the side of the pizza was put on it instead. The delivery driver dropped it off on the GROUND without even knocking on our door. Thank god I have a ring camera or I would have had no idea it was put on the disgusting ground, when I went out the delivery driver was just driving away so it wasn’t there long and our food arrived COLD. When trying to call the store to get an explanation and for it to be fixed we were always transferred to the call center (we spent five phone calls trying to get someone), which was also unhelpful since they all said we had to contact the store because we ordered online. How am I supposed to contact the store if they dont answer the phone and what’s the point of having a call center if they can’t help? 0/10 recommend this location and hopefully this review makes them think about doing...
