Burger King — Restaurant in Concord

I usually go straight to restroom especially after helping my friend landscape his yard to wash hands and scrape under fingernails, on this occasion I was using the facilities, it had been a LONG day, well Marie the evening manager came bursting into the women's restroom (it is a 2 toilet/one sink setup) at 915 to tell me I need to get out, they need to clean the restroom and that the dining room was closed. Being that I was taking g care of some"female issues" I had needed to change clothes (waist down), unwrap feminine hygiene, stick it on etc etc....anyway she was extremely RUDE and PUSHY telling me I'm not a customer so I need to get out. This woman has rang me up on numerous occasions, I remembered HER face, surely she remembered mine? And is it REALLY BKs standard operating procedure to kick people out just because they want to wash up before eating? In fact I WAS HUNGRY and DID intend to buy food however NO LONGER!. I told her I'd be leaving as soon as I was finished using the toilet, well she came back in 3 minutes(3 minutes!) Later even louder and more excitable and INSISTENT that I could NOT finish using the bathroom I had to GET OUT NOW. (!!!) When I exited and asked the girl in the hall what her mb managers name was she said she didnt know. Then I asked Marie her name about 6 times and she flat refused to answer. Why MARIE? Worried it'll get back to your DM that your the most unprofessional employee I have EVER come across at BURGER KING in my life?

I was the 3rd car before the order box and waited a few minutes before my turn but had to wait once I got there. Place my order then drove forward. Each car took a very long time before I drove up to the pickup window. Handed me my bag and drink and she closed the window and still missing part my of my order. Had to ask for it and for a straw. My for was hot but had problems. My large fry cup was only half full with barely topped the front curve of the container and full of short fries. My drink was a Diet Coke but had a Sprite flavor. No Bueno. My original chicken sub was a mess. No mayo or sauce so the shredded lettuce was all over the place and was just rolled wrap. Overall, I won't be back here for awhile again. I'd rather drive half a mile down towards Wendy's or McDonald's. Heck, 7=eleven would have been a...

The only thing I have to complain about this branch is the wait. Inside is very rarely packed, but the drive thru is what gets the most attention. Sometimes it can take ages to get your food (I mean 15-20 minutes) just sitting there in your car, waiting for the person in the front to get their food. To avoid the long line of lazy people outside, I’d recommend going inside, since there is usually not many people INSIDE. You won’t get your food as fast as you think you would (wait around 5-7 minutes) because the workers are focusing on the drive thru, but it’s better than sitting in your car. This wait only applies to busy hours, around lunch and afternoon. Will give 4 because I love my fattening...
