I've come here so many times the lady's always were nice...then I started using the app and ordering ahead so I could earn rewards Today I had placed an order through the app around 10am for pickup at 12:50 My coworker needed to leave so I called to try and be able to get my food earlier I called the store and the employee said she had no record I didn't order so I say ok I'll come down and show you on my phone I get there explain it and she refuses to even look at my proof on my phone I have an order number and everything but she says to get my food I have to pay again...so I'm not getting lunch and they're most likely going to have a sandwich rotting on there shelf...the money was already took...

The door to subway says service dogs welcomed and she didn't give me a chance to say anything she chased me out. Iam a 100% disabled veteran due to PTSD I have a service dog given to me by my VA therapist who helps me with my anxiety and she would not serve me. If anyone has family members that are service member or veterans or family members with disabilities do not go to this Subway, theres a million other Subway. Even though the policy states a mobile order should be treated as a in person. Customer you have to wait over 25 minutes to get your sandwich with no ability to cancel your order online after you’ve made it. Additionally, their prioritization of customers is incorrect as they take care of mobile orders of whomever they please not the order in which they were received.
