It has been over a month, i have still not received as much as an apology or a call from ANYONE at Starbucks regarding what happened on January 12th at 6am. I have been coming to this location over 10 years with just ok custmer service. On this particular morning, i go thru the drive thru, Juliana was at the window. I order my usual, she hands me my extra hot mochoa, however, the top was not secured. The venti extra hot mochoa spilled all over me and my car. I asked for napkins, i was given a couple when my car was swimming in liquid!! I asked for more napkins, i was very upset since, i drive to work in SF everyday. No one offered to help, no one apologized, it appeared, the staff just wanted me out of the line so they could assist the next in line. When i got to work late, i called the starbucks stating, i wanted to speak to a manager and needed a phone number for the District manager. Still no apology from ANYONE!! I THEN CALLED THE DISTRICT MANAGER who abruptly told me, he needed to call me back because he had to take his daughter to school- Mr. Dwayne Jones- what a joke. All i wanted at that time was to gt my car detailed, my cleaners bill paif and an apology. NOTHING!! i finally got a call back from the so, called District manager, he was very rude and not concerned about the incident. He told me to call some 800 number..i have been in Customer Service over 40 years, this is UNACCEPTABLE!! I was a starbucks customer for at least 20 years, i now go to PEETS and will continue to wait for someone at Starbucks to contact me. The customer service at that location needs major...
   Read moreHorrible service at this Starbucks. "Barista" Kelley was working the drive through at 4:00pm on Saturday November 14, 2015. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through line because Kelley was being a rude, nasty, unprofessional employee to customers. We asked if certain flavors of fraps were there and she reluctantly said no their discontinued. So I asked what flavors do they have. Her response: "We can make a frap out of anything". Ok then why was it a big deal to not make what we asked? So we just ordered a peppermint frap which Kelley was rude the entire order. After waiting another 20 minutes we pull up to the window and a different lady took our payment. When she took the frap from Kelley she asked is this a frap? Kelley said no they were difficult and ended up no ordering it. Uh no. We did order it. I should have waited another 10 minutes for them to fix the order but since we waited for 40 minutes already I took it and left. Never coming here again. I order Pike Place Venti with heavy cream. The variation from cup to cup is ridiculous.
I also like ordering triple-toasted bagels with two cream cheese packs. Today, I got a single toasted bagel with a single cream cheese on points. They couldn't fix the order or refund my points. The barista who was unable to fix this was Diego. He didn't call a manager to get properly briefed on Starbucks policy. He didn't replace the product.
If you read other reviews, you'll see examples of staff making errors in orders, then getting obnoxious and defensive about their mistakes.
