Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Concord

So I paid upfront for my meal & went to the women’s room. Door handle not working & filthy by the side doors (seems like the last time it was cleaned in 1989. Sat at my chosen table & kindly asked to change the channel. The so called Manager didn’t know how to change the channel & had to ask an employee to help him do so. All garbage bins were unclean. He did not change the channel & never came by my table to ask how I was doing. I asked for another beer but he (the so called fake Manager never responded). My hands were filled with sauce so I thought he was going to have the courtesy to tell me something . He didn’t come near me but “yelled” that I had to go up front to pay. I said the money is on the table can I have my drink please? I waited 10-15 minutes & he never came. Now I understood why the place was empty. I've had 2 sperate incidents at this particular location, first I placed in order in which they forgot 1 of the pizza. I called and the manager said she would take care of it I send it out asap, over an hour later I received a call asking if I still wanted said pizza, I confirmed and the girl told me they were taking care of cost for such a delay. Once pizza arrived 30 minutes after call, I was informed I did have to pay for it. To which I refused as I cooked something while waiting. I called again and had words with a rude female manager. 6 months later, I decided to try RT again, placed my order and it showed up promptly on time. 15 minute after eating the pizza my 5yr old and my wife and myself all started having extremely painful cramps. Great pizza, hardly anybody=quiet on a thursday afternoon, good and quick service, fresh salad (no self serve) it was a huge salad with big cherry tomatoes, thick sliced cucumber, shredded carrots and you can ask for more toppings. They provide glasses to drink free water as well to have with your beverage. Clean tables, sunken in seating, horrible but very soft melt like butter in your mouth cookies.
