Dunkin' — Restaurant in Concord

We observed a young lady working there on the night of 11/20/2015 around 7:15-7:20pm., who seemed to be working by herself. My friend ordered some hash browns, and we observed her dropping one onto the floor, then she picked it up and put it in with the rest of the hash browns. I was utterly disgusted that she should pick something off the floor and serve it to a customer. She gave my fiance an attitude when my fiance pointed it out kindly.

Next, we asked for napkins, and the young woman continued to pull an attitude by stating that "All have to go check in the back, ma'am.". The employee's tone was completely unacceptable. The person working there should NOT be employed in a service position if she can't behave appropriately toward customers.

I will be contacting the board of health and notifying the corporate Dunkin Donuts offices. I'm completely disgusted with...

The recent overhaul has made this a wonderful resource for the community. It's bright, clean, and cheerful. They have big paintings of local scenes done by a local painter, and pretty old framed illustrations of historical episodes. The food is fresh. The new seating arrangement is open and spacious, and I love the little area surrounded by windows at one end. A great place to grab a snack and go or sit down and take a break. Concord...

This was by far the fastest Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to and I’ve lived in 4 states.

My friends stopped off I-91 because we were dying for caffeine. We had 3 separate orders of drinks and food. Regardless, it was prepared before we finished paying.
