Dunkin' — Restaurant in Concord

This usually has been my favorite dunkins. Monica and Kelley were great and had amazing customer service skills I miss them , Hunter is also great making sure that I always receive my order and he seems to be running the show , this morning I was disappointed in the customer service I received, there has been a guy who wears a blue shirt ( I’m assuming manager or shift leader) and he has been rude to me EVERY TIME! I come here every single morning and usually order online , for some reason my order did not go through this morning , hunter was great and said he would take care of it, I had left to do something and came back the guy in the blue shirt just gave me a dirty look and said it didn’t go through so while I was standing there I placed my order online just for that guy to completely ignore it ! He stared at and ignored me, hunter was very busy in the drive through I didn’t expect him to drop everything and serve me but he eventually made his way to me and made it right . I told hunter I did not like the guy in the blue shirt and how rude he was. I understand it’s hard to find staff and that it can get stressful when you are short staffed and busy but I do not think I’ve ever once been angry enough with service to even write a review but that blue shirt guy had TERRIBLE customer service . Have yet to have a Great Dunkin Donut experience at this location. Won't talk about before and reason why I go to the other one up the street. But recently had a last min craving for something after I passed the one I should go to. Well two days ago I said I'll get a sandwich cause there $2.99 well I ordered that and a muffin for later and went to the drive up to pay, handed my card got it back and food and just never looked at receipt. I then noticed as I was already on highway that I over payed and didn't get the discount that was ADVERTISED @at Driveup window and found out I paid full price. Ok whatever, my fault. So I just so happen to be driving again and my Son wanted some Hashbrowns and I had already passed the one I would go to. So I stopped at this location again. Ordered three Hashbrowns and a sandwich. This time I had gotten the receipt and had a chance to look. I noticed that there charging full price AGAIN AFTER 12!! Now this time it was only $.50 but just think they could be really screwing over a lot of people who aren't paying attention!! I now will never have anything great to say about this place. Ordered doordash from this location while I was at work today. When I got my order everything on the receipt was correct but as soon as I opened the bag everything in it was wrong. I realize that dunkins can get pretty busy so I didn’t want to blame them. My coworker called for me and that’s where it all went wrong... we had to call multiple times before anyone answered (again could be because they were busy so didn’t get too upset) once they answered we explained what happened and the lady was very rude and told us that they could remake the order but we would have to go get it. We explained we were at work so we couldn’t leave and that’s why we ordered DoorDash and she hung up on us. We called back multiple times again with no answer. Eventually she answered and told us we “needed to stop calling because they had a job to do.” We said we wanted a refund since we couldn’t get our order and she refused and hung up the phone again.
