S & I Ice Cream — Restaurant in Concord

If I could give them a negative star I would!!! Worst Customer service ever! I patronized S & I Ice cream frequently. I had hoped that their customer service would get better, but NO its gotten worse. On 6/21/23 @ 8:45 pm was the last straw. I ordered a soft medium ice cream with peanuts, caramel, whipped cream. This is my order every time I go. I was given a small ice cream in a medium cup. I told lady, I ordered a medium and she said "No you ordered a small". She check and came back and said "O you're right you ordered a medium - thats a medium. Its 6oz because we weigh it." I went to the next widow where I had paid for the ice cream. I tried to speak with the cashier, before I could say anything cashier says "she said the ice cream was weighed and it is 6oz." This cashier is the same person that handed a gentlemen a over-pour of ice cream and stated, "I gave you too much I hope that's ok." Hummm...interesting. I wasn't looking for extra ice cream. I just wanted what my $7 paid for. Here are 2 pictures. (1) This is how S & I Ice cream normally comes in a medium cup. (2) How I was served today...small serving sized ice cream in a medium cup! They will never get my money again. I will patronize other establishment in the area. Don't waste your money @ S & I Ice Cream!!! BTW with Ice cream, caramel, peanuts, whipped cream, container and spoon still...

Worst ice cream place I have ever been to. Lady in front of me got a small soft serve vanilla dipped in chocolate. It was horribly made, mushed,falling over, tiny, and not properly made.

I ordered a medium because I wanted something bigger than what I just observed. I got a half chocolate half vanilla soft serve medium. It came out worse than the first lady, smaller, and not what you could even call a twist ice cream cone. I asked for another one and 3 employees stood there starring at me not responding but with disgusted looks on their faces so, I asked for a refund. They still just stood there. Then one employee spoke up and said she would re make it, who may have been the most lead person working. The ice cream cone came out looking like a twist as it should but still tiny like a small. Horrible customer service and perception of size when making the soft serve cones. Will not go back.

While eating my ice cream a third person behind me orders a small soft serve and also gets a horrible mushed, falling over, non existent ice cream cone. The wife tries talking with that staff but not sure what happened. The husband threw the cone in the trash and they never got another one to replace the mushed ice cream cone they first got.

Unacceptable service and product for customers trying to support...

This location is a F you Pay me location. They don’t care about giving you a wrong order and force you to take it. The chocolate ice cream tastes like vanilla too. The cookie dough ice cream scoop also doesn’t taste good something off… They also messed up orders and had to throw away cones because they messed up whose ice cream was whose. They refused to correct the order they made in error and tried to get me to pay for the correct ice cream. The purple colored hair girl was the one who came to the window to tell me that despite the cashier not telling me that the only chocolate ice cream they have is soft served and I been asked for the chocolate SCOOP and I told him NOT THE SWIRL. They gave us the wrong order and refused to admit their mistake and correct it and then tried to charge us. I was polite enough and told them I told the cashier 3 times I was okay with the chocolate scoop pictured beside the register. They said whenever someone ask for a chocolate scoop they ignore them and give them the swirl just because they don’t wanna give out the chocolate sugar free scoop despite that’s what you asked for.
