Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Concord

It was a Friday at lunchtime when my 2 year old in the back seat of my truck began chanting “pizza pizza pizza” as I drove down church st I knew there was only one place that could satisfy her desire for desire for the ‘Za.

I have been to this location multiple times and I knew what to expect. A two hour window of all you can eat pizza on the buffet. Pizza was fresh and was quickly refilled. My two year old finished 4 cheese slices of various types (thin crust, original, and hand tossed). The food was as expected for a Pizza Hut.

This review isn’t because of pizza. This review is because of the staff at this Pizza Hut. The staff as a whole from manager to the dishwasher are welcoming and do their jobs with a smile. I did want to take some time to speak of one employee by name. Caroline was our waitress. In our time eating pizza I had pleasant conversations with Caroline. I watched her help escort an elderly woman to her car. And I saw her kindness and joy on display for all to see.

We ordered a pizza on Sunday night, with light sauce, there was no sauce, we called and got another delivered, with regular sauce, still no sauce, I spoke to the very young manager, he was distraught when I showed up with the second pizza at his location, with no sauce, said he cut it , and verified the sauce, everyone at this location is very young. They all chimed in, I told them I wasn't looking for problems, the manager asked me what I wanted, "I want a pizza with sauce, he was very very stressed, and very young. Nobody would own the problem, I went out to my car and waited , he brought out the correct pizza, I shook his hand, and said thanku... as a business owner, I said, don't let it get to u, and he just shrugged me off.... terrible service, after 2 wrong pizzas and having to go get the 3rd one..... and the reaction I got...not professional at all, and poor quality control.the manager needs more training..... thank u pizza hut for the correct pizza...

The pizza hut on church St is close and convenient but the customer service could be better improved for bettet experience when there and placing an order and the products could have improvement and get the customer's order right instead of giving them something in place of what they do t have and don't bother to tell the customer that they have done so except to find out by the delivery driver when delivered and ask the customer if they got a phone call about their order and tell the customer what they have done and what you are receiving and then it not be true about the order at all but when you have kids to get in bed you have to feed them what you have and hope they eat it and don't go to bed hungry because they don't like or want to eat what they...
