Update: I returned for another Thai Chicken wrap and what a disappointment. The wrap I so enjoyed just days ago which caused me to post the original five star review was nothing like what was prepared my next visit. Commendable is they graciously remade it by request. But which ultimately was a waste. Still, my expectations were not met, proving consistency is so important, especially when food is served. How could the same order have two completely different outcomes? Neither of the two wraps prepared the 2nd visit seemed to be of the same healthy vegetable ingredient types or rolled with as much care or skill. The ingredients in the Thai Chicken wrap I so adored my first visit were of rich, dark leafy greens and bright orange carrot shreds expertly and tightly wrapped so each bite was a visual masterpiece teeming with healthy delectability. The next visit's purchase was of barely green Romaine, a few carrot pieces all of which which seemed to have been literally tossed in a bowl, loosely wrapped and which fell apart because the knife cut of halving the wrap was incomplete. I provide this not to be critical as much as to communicate a necessity for improvement in food preparation consistency, and ultimately for the benefit of others' future visits. Original Post: My new favorite lunch place is here! Delicious, fresh and healthy options for a satisfying bite! I could have the Thai Chicken Wrap every day! So delicious and full of fresh carrots and greens as well as clean, tender white meat chicken. With a Thai peanut sauce to bring all the goodness together. What's not to love? Thank you, Tropical Smoothie Cafe! Wondering why there aren't more of...
Read moreI had an acai bowl here for breakfast. A couple of observations I wanted to share are as follows: First, the acai part was frozen solid at the bottom of the bowl, so you couldn't mix any of the toppings into the part. Maybe that's how y'all eat these kinds of bowls here in St Louis. But elsewhere in the country, you can mix it all up and it tastes much better that way. Second, while I don't mind paying extra for extra stuff, I did opt for the $1.29 peanut butter drizzle. I wouldn't say I was expecting an entire jar of peanut butter or anything, but the amount of peanut butter in that drizzle... There's no way it could have even been a single teaspoon. The bowl is already $10+, so to charge somebody $1.29 for less than a teaspoon of peanut butter is petty and disappointing. In summary, the store should ensure that the acai part is not frozen solid like a brick, and the peanut butter drizzle should just be included for free because it's literally a nickel worth of peanut butter. At the end of the day, with tax and tip, you're looking at spending $15 on this bowl, so I'd say they need to up their game a little bit. But I do...

My clinic was able to have catering done from Tropical Smoothie Cafe today and it did NOT disappoint!
On my own trips there I have encountered bright and friendly staff, every time! Today the owner delivered the food himself and was so kind and friendly. It made such a positive impression on our staff. I’ve tried various sandwiches and wraps and smoothies and so far haven’t found anything I didn’t like.
We had the Baja Chicken and Turkey Bacon Ranch wrap and sandwiches and the Paradise Point and Peanut Butter cup smoothies! Everyone got one smoothie, a sandwich and a bag of chips. Everyone was over the moon and shocked at not only how good the smoothies were, but even the food was top notch!
We have one coworker who works remote, we surprised her with a box and she was so happy and touched. You guys made multiple people very happy today.
I think this Cafe just earned about 25 new customers!! Thank you Tropical Smoothie Cafe, we...
