Pamela's Pints & Provisions — Restaurant in Confluence

Stopped here with my son while staying at an Airbnb in Confluence. Excellent and friendly staff. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Their cocktails are excellent! I had the Paper Plane and I think you would be hard pressed to find a better cocktail. I followed it up with a rail gin and tonic and that was fine as well. They use very good tonic water. The beer and wine list is well thought out and extensive. We had the pretzel, kale, and a pepperoni flat bread. The food was very good but the reason why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the entrees were basically all flat breads (I’m not a huge fan…) and I just feel that the selection does match up with the excellent variety of their beer, wine, and cocktail selection. Definitely worth a stop and if you love flat breads I think you will...

Had a lovely evening at Pamela's . Food was delish. We enjoyed the figgy piggy flat bread, a Hawaiian version and one with hot honey. So good! We also split an order of perogies that were covered in bacon and cheese sauce. They have a very nice beer list as well as cocktails and mocktails. The inside is nicely decorated and clean. They have a few games as well. I over heard someone say that the couch area felt like her living room. There was live music when we were there. The singer was fantastic but the music was a little overly loud. We still very much enjoyed it, we just didn't try to talk to...

My wife and I went for a drink and an appetizer after a day of cycling on the GAP trail - we had the very tasty sweet potato tacos and a yummy hot cookie with ice cream - great beer and wine selection and excellent food and desserts! Service was also first rate. We ran into Pam (the owner) on our way out the door - very nice, personable, hard-working, life-long resident of Confluence! She is a great ambassador...
