Wendy's — Restaurant in Connellsville

I'd like to start with the 30 minute wait in the drive thru, after that wait I then proceeded to walk in and order only to find that only 2 people are waiting for their food ahead of me. Took the clerk nearly 20 minutes to wait on me. her name was Jamisha that had extremely poor customer service skills,not only did she have poor customer service skills and lacked any type of personality or good representation for this food chain she was I accompanied by some of her high school friends that also ordered food ,she was more concerned with throwing extra food and fries in their bags and entertaining them that she completely forgot her other audience "us as paying customers" were witnessing and watching her steal right from the people who employ her. The lack of consideration to those waiting for their food and rudeness was mind blowing and sad for this company and was by all means the most horrible experience I've ever encountered here. Service is quick and friendly here definitely, but unfortunately they recently discontinued several of my most favorite, often ordered items, the spicy chicken go wrap and the little side salads so I haven't been coming here as much. They have a new spicy chicken sandwich on the bargain menu but it's less like the old wrap style chicken and more like a large chicken nugget with a bun. Most sandwiches here and at most places are too ginormous for me and I almost always order bargain junior type items. I lost weight years ago, didn't have surgery for that but did have a tummy tuck and find it much more comfortable to eat multiple small meals than to ever eat anything large. I would give zero stars if I could. I was there today, Thursday April 21, 2022 at 4:15 with my elderly parents. They wanted a biggie bag with a baked potato. The manager Emily came out and informed us that she wasn't going to do this. She said she would get in trouble and she wasn't getting into trouble for them. I told her the manager of the Uniontown Wendy's said they had the same owners and they are allow to substitute the potato for the fries. She proceeded to yell at my parents that she wasn't going to do it. When I ask for the main manager's and owner's name and phone number I was yelled at that she wasn't giving me any information, so we left.
