Me and my girlfriend have been to this location a few times now and not a single time have we been happy with our service. Most of the time its passable and we leave full and somewhat happy but tonight was the worst service I have ever been given. When we walked in the hostess asked us how many and then simply pointed to which table to go to. Obviously confused as to why I was being told where to go and not walked with and shown she asked if that made any sense and explained just go straight ahead. As weird as it was we walked to the table she pointed at and its dirty so we sit down at the next one over (also dirty but not as bad). And wait for a server but no one ever came to get our drink order. After a few minutes of us looking around the hostess while walking past us just dropped off 2 menus and continued to wall past without saying a word or even looking at us. So we left the only time someone spoke to me was to ask us how many people.
Update 3 years later: I have come back several times since my first review. All terrible. My Last visit me and my family came in and our food was given to us one person at a time for over an hour. Every single person was able to Finish their food before the next plate came out. Today’s visit (2/10) is the final time I’m going here. I placed a Togo order and when I get home realize that literally half my food is missing. I don’t feel like driving back to the store so I called them. After telling the manager Preston I will not be driving back to get the rest of my order he asked me what I wanted him to do about it? He did say he could put me on a board for a free meal which is fine. At this point I would have been okay with the resolution but he also decided to tell me “that the expectation is that I check my food before I leave, As he does when he goes to McDonald’s”. Well my expectation is that when I order from a restaurant that my order is correct but if it isn’t I don’t mind it’s not a big deal. However I do expect that a “manager” doesn’t blame me for his employees mistakes and ask me what I want him to do about a problem.

Read moreUpdate: I did what was asked of me that same day. I went to the link and put in the request. It's been just over a week with no reply. I would have figured I would have received an automated response that day telling me they received my request. However, I have received nothing. That said I am sure the manager of the location is a nice person and I know they likely have no control over the feedback. That doesn't change our experiences from our multiple visits to that location.
I wish I could say something nice. To start no matter what you see or hear on Wednesday kids do not eat half price. No matter what you hear. They do not honor that. Second you will be seated and then wait for far longer than you should before your server comes to your table. The wait will be long enough for everyone to know what they want order. You will not want to order any appetizer for fear they will show up with your entree. Your food will not come out at one time. But rather in waves. It is very possible for someone to be finished eating before someone gets their food. You will be lucky to get your drinks before your food arrives. You will be lucky to get a refill. However, you will not have to wait for the list of excuses as to why. You will not see any management. They tend to hide. The only good thing is when you get the bill they tend to process it quickly.
I will add this is not our first visit to this location. We have been three times, and each time has been the same. Each visit has been far apart. So, the staff has not been the same and the time of day has been different. It doesn't seem to matter. Side note: If you are still going to go. If you want to order a cheeseburger. Just order a kids meal cheeseburger. They are the same size patty. So, you could order 2 and pay less and get more. Read morethe bad experience started as soon as we walked in. we stood at the host stand waiting to be seated for about 10 minutes. they were busy with only 2 servers who bless their hearts were running around trying to make all their guests happy. finally after several more groups came in the manager appeared from the back and started helping seat all the new tables. we got sat with trinity and she was absolutely sweet as could be. we ordered immediately we asked that our queso come out really hot when we ordered. she brings the queso out and it’s not even luke warm. the chips were stale and hard as rocks! they were also a dark brown color and not at all like the chips we’ve had there for years. she of course apologizes and fixes us up. the chips she brought the second time weren’t hard they were still dark brown and had a terrible after taste. again not the normal bww chips. we ate them and continued on. finally the food comes out. the manager drops it off and doesn’t say a word. he sets the food down and walks off. we were missing 6 wings, the fries weren’t salt and vinegar, we only received drums no flats at all between both of us, and no blue cheese. when our server came by to check on us she got everything we were missing but the wings took another 20 minutes to come out. this is honestly the worst experience we’ve had at this location to date. i would rather drive to the location in the woodlands than ever come back here. and why in the world you would only have 2 servers on a holiday is just baffling! plus a manager that doesn’t have a care in the world. it’s just sad. you go online to do the survey and you don’t put any of your information in so obviously they’re not going to contact you. i can see the reviews from the last few weeks it’s obvious things have gone way down hill at this location. going out is expensive and it sucks when the price you pay doesn’t match the quality of food...
