I'm reviewing my experience moreso then anything, which does involve a mistake on my part, so take that how you will incase you find yourself in a similar situation
I had a promo for a half off sandwich, i was at work and had processed said order for when I got off. Unfortunately i ended having to stay later then anticipated and couldn't pick it up. I came in the next day to explain the situation. The manager stated she wasn't in that day and had to verify what to do. 1 employee stated they do remember and everything stated was true. The manager took some info down, and evidently called the owner and i was told "because we had to make the sandwich and throw it away, thats it. We won't make another sandwich or refund" i was advised to call customer support, so i did and explained it to them, they said they can't issue a refund on their end, just escalate it to the establishment, and wait for a reachout on how to fix this. They never contacted me so I'm lead to believe 4 or so dollars is more important to them, then A reoccuring customer. I will admit i made an honest mistake, but now I'm sitting here with my money spent for literally...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI left my 3 year old sitting down at table eating chips and I ran to my car real quick with my infant to put drinks in the car so I could be able to carry my food out when it was done, and then ran back inside to my 3 year old and my car was parked at the front of the store it wasnāt parked far away, then I sat down with my 3 year for awhile and then got our food and took all of us back out to the car, weāll i notice that I had forgot a straw and so I got out of my car and ran back inside for a second to grab a straw and some blonde hair women that works there yelled and said look she is back once again leaving her kids in the car! She really embarrassed me by doing that! itās one thing to tell me in person but to yell at me in front of everyone, It really hurt my feelings :( I always love coming here purchasing food itās really delicious but now when I come in there Iām gonna feel embarrassed:( I know I shouldnāt of left my 3 year old for a second and I wonāt do that again! Itās just hard sometimes when I am holding a infant and 3 year old and trying to figure out how Iām gonna handle everything...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePlaced online order for curbside pickup. Parked in the designated spot, called the phone number, and all I got was a message saying that "all circuits are busy. " After trying to call multiple times, I gave up and honked my horn, per app instructions. One of the male employees looked up, straight at my vehicle. He made my order and then placed it on the to-go rack instead of bringing it out to my vehicle. They were not slammed with people at the time either. At this point my 3yo is screaming. I purposely chose curbside order so that I did not have to get out of my vehicle since my little one was with me. I still had to go inside to pick up my order. We will not be visiting this location again. The sandwiches were cold by the time I got home (we live about 5 min up the the road from this location) and while I don't particularly mind that they had cooled off, they didn't particularly...
