Maurices — Local services in Conroe

Walked in this store... NO ONE spoke. Looked around for about 15-20 minutes and picked up a couple of things. Still no one assisted or even acknowledged I was in the store. IWAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE STORE!! There was one customer in when I initially got there apparently paying a bill. Other than that I didn’t even know they knew how to speak. Passing through from Houston going to Huntsville... PLEASE DONT EVER STOP HERE. I know the owners must not know what type of employees they have. And IF either one of them was management, they should be ashamed! I worked in retail for 15 yrs and was trained from day 1 to SPEAK TO EVERYONE WHO ENTERS!! Neat store, sorry...

Amanda and Veronica are an awesome team- I came in already overwhelmed and insecure about shopping. I told them my size and my preferences. These two had me walking out of the store with a smile on my face and a pep in my step! I found an entirely new wardrobe that I felt comfortable and pretty in! I got some comfy shirts,jeans, AND office outfits. The care and positivity towards me was just so incredible. I really can’t thank them enough. I recently went into Maurice's and a lady named Nirvana helped me. I chose this store over Kohl's for a last minute purchase for a wedding and Nirvana was the most helpful sales associate that I have EVER dealt with. She was like my own personal shopper and I loved every minute of being there! She has management written all over her!! I've never experienced anything like it. I give 5 stars all the way!! :)
