Donut Express — Restaurant in Conroe

Great food, but many downsides. Food is never stocked properly so they're constantly running out. The constantly close before posted business hours. Also have burnt bread on the kolaches sometimes and sells them anyway at full price. Just not good business practices.

The final straw for me was getting there an hour before they close and seeing they still had plenty of food inside. They were also still there. I would have bought some of the food they were planning to throw away. If I ran this business, was in that situation, and had my registers closed, I would have given the loyal customer a couple of kolaches/donuts for the trouble of closing so early. Completely dissatisfied customer. Won't be coming back. It's a shame considering how much I used to love coming there. There are plenty of other donut...

The food here isn’t too bad but the guy behind the counter acts like it’s a huge inconvenience to help anybody out, and then has the gall to TIP HIMSELF after I have already tapped my card! Not to mention they never stock anything correctly. Everything is always “running out” yet they have multiple available of the more popular items. Be careful if you go here; definitely use cash and count it after. They’re robbing people...

Be very careful when you're going here and using a card. I made a purchase of 7.58 and choose the option to NOT TIP. 1/2 days later I got a update on my cashapp card saying my payment has updated from 7.58 to 15.16 to include tip. So anytime when you go here us cash!!! And to mention my cashapp card was locked!! So something very fishy...
