BE CAREFUL!! The approx 40+ year old waiter gave his phone number to my 15 year old granddaughter!! I noticed, the waiter (who's name is William) showed intense interest in my 15 yr old granddaughter.. Looking back within the first minute of me walking in the establishment, the waiter started to ask me questions about her. I started to notice the 40+ year old waiter was being extra nice. While keeping an eye on her (I only noticed this after all) After the food arrived, while I was taking a photo of my grandchildren and the food, the approx 40+ year old waiter (William) jumped in the photo and I noticed in the photo afterward that he pressed against her. I was disgusted. After the photo he tried to be "friendly" like having fun, but this is when I started to feel uncomfortable. He left. We ate. He gave free dessert to my granddaughter. As I was getting up and preparing myself ready to leave. When I turned around this approx 40+ year old man is giving my granddaughter his phone number. I grabbed the phone number from his hand and told him "you will not be doing this with my granddaughter". I was livid. We left. I called my husband and he contacted the restaurant to speak to the owner or the manager. William answered the phone. He tried to deny this to my husband then offered apologies when my husband conveyed he will be filing a police report. He kept saying the manager was not around until he heard my husband say he would file a police report. Within a few minute a man called my husband. My husband or I have no idea if he was a manager. My husband explained everything to this man. The photo of the phone# and the photo of William jumping in my photo was text to 'the manager's" phone #. This person offered an apology. The next day my husband went in to speak to the manager. The host told my husband the manager was not there. When my husband mentioned William the host went to the kitchen. A minute later William comes walking out of the kitchen. My husband was shocked that William was still representing this business. My husband proceeded to show the photo and the phone number to a lone customer sitting and explained that the approx. 40+ year old man gave his number (see photo) to my 15 year old grand daughter so they know what this man did and they can make a decision to come back or not. My husband explained to me until the owner calls him to discuss this issue whenever he stops in to find the manager or owner he will continue to show the photo to people in the restaurant so they to can make a decision to eat at this restaurant or not while William is still working there. The same goes for this review. I am not saying you shouldn't eat there. I am only giving you information so you can make a decision to do so or not. But I am saying if you have children you should be careful going to with children to this restaurant while this man, William, is working there, in my opinion.

My daughter and I ordered tempura. Both of us got belly ache on the way home. First, what they call salad was just lettuce. And the "salad" was not dried well after being washed (if it was washed). So the dressing on top of the "salad" got very watery while eating. I saw good amout of orangish water left on the bottom of the little salad bowl when I was done. The broccoli tempura was mushy and disgusting too. I felt as if I was eating uncooked dough. I felt the same texture with some shrimp tempura too. Lastly, the rice shouldn't have been served on a paper with a bunch of little holes like this. I felt pieces of paper in my mouth and spit them out. I probably ate some pieces accidentally anyway. This was far from tempura served in a real Japanese restaurant. The server was decent but the food was awful. I will never go back. -Update- I found that they charged more than the amount on my receipt to my credit card. I filed a dispute to my credit card company today.

As a family of sushi lovers, we were thrilled to discover Bluefin Sushi at Grove, Wesley Chapel, and it did not disappoint! Their new AYCE (All You Can Eat) menu is absolutely fantastic. For just $31.99 per adult, and $10.99 for kids aged 4-8 or $17.99 for kids aged 9-12, you get an incredible variety of fresh and delicious sushi options and hibachi’s that cater to all tastes. We were especially impressed with the quality of the sushi and the friendly service. We didn’t have a chance to explore their lunch menu, we’re already planning to come back soon to try it out! We loved this place so much that I couldn’t resist taking a picture of the menu to share with others. If you’re a sushi fan or just looking for a great dining experience, Bluefin Sushi is a must-visit!

We visited Bluefin this afternoon and had a terrible experience. Underneath the table was filthy. It was noon and we were one of two tables in the place. Clearly, the mess wasn't from that day. There was dried food all over the ground. The server was quick and attentive but the place was super hot. Either there was no AC or it was set at like 80 degrees. Either way, it was incredibly stuffy. We started with some lukewarm "steamed" (microwaved?) gyoza. They fell apart before we could even dip them. Clearly frozen. The "sushi" is all a mix of spicy tuna and fried imitation crab. The pieces were huge. I have a big mouth and I could barely fit them in there! The mango roll was slimy. The best roll was a simple tuna roll and I only had one piece of that before I lost my appetite due to the other food. The sushi was low effort. Usually sushi places take pride in their craft but this food was wonky, tactless, warm fish smothered in as much sauce as they could to hide the lack of quality.

I've worked in the industry almost my entire life. Skip this place until they come up with a decent menu and upgrade or retrain their...

This was my husband and I first time at bluefins. We go to sushi places all the time and when we go to a new place we like to get recommendations from the server to see what’s good and ordered a lot from others so we can try it. But William our server basically told us he didn’t have time since he was the only server and I of course said all we’re asking for is a recommendation and we’ll order that. Anyway went back and forth with him to finally ordering a few things but the whole interaction made me very uncomfortable. When we saw the host pass by we asked her to add edamame and he came up told her to her to go the back and he was pointing at us angrily and showing her the order tablet then we asked is she could take care of us William said oh yeah I told her to already. William is rude and makes ppl feel uncomfortable. I saw another review about him and hope management sees he is a risk for this business. Also, the sushi was not great and it didn’t sit well in my stomach. The way William was acting I wondered if he did something...
