Blush Wine Room — Restaurant in Wesley Chapel

The staff has some of the worst attitudes I have ever seen in the service industry. We came in a little after 6pm to order our drinks on a Sunday, they apparently close at seven. The girl that took our order was nice and gave us recommendations. The two behind the bar that were making the drinks had attitudes and loudly complained that they had another two customers. They had the chairs flipped on top of the bars like they were already closed and the tables partly chained up all before 7pm. The bar back was extremely rude. He was chaining chairs, told us and 4 other tables they had to leave before closing time. Another couple was still eating their food and when the guy asked if he could finish, the bar back pointed to other picnic tables and said he could finish his food over there. They were still serving people close to closing time with everything cleaned up for the night and forcing them to leave the premise. I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to sell alcohol at 7 PM and tell your customers to leave with their open containers. I’m dumbfounded. Any bar I’ve ever gone to, stops serving alcohol at least 30 minutes prior to closing time to allow their paying patrons to finish their drinks. Congratulations to your staff to illegally forcing your customers to drink their alcohol. My wife, who had just given birth to twins, was excited to finally try their drinks and unfortunately we will never be back to this...

I’m unhappy as this was my second visit and I was advised happy hour is ALL Day on Wednesday’s. Came to enjoy happy hour after a long day at work, just to be charged $32 for an app and two beverages. Remind you the advertisement is for $5. I ordered and asked for the happy hour drink WATERMELON CUCUMBER - and yet they charge me $12 for each drink I had which I didn’t know until my tab was provided. I specifically advised I was coming for happy hour and they either didn’t hear or didn’t care, idk. Either way, I was offered a free beverage for my next visit. Kind of sucks as it’s so close to me and idk if I’d go back. They didn’t understand this evening so what would make another day different!? And I did advise why no TIP was provided. Because I didn’t get what I ordered and two you have me paying more to an anticipated ! Welcome to Wesley chapel 🙄

I have since returned to establishment several months after a negative experience. It went great and I will be back to visit them. We all have off days and make mistakes, they’ve fixed it. The staff is very attentive and will educate you on what’s available and best recommendations. You’ll blush at...

I went to Blush Wine Room to check out the cocktails and overall vibe.

The atmosphere is very cute. Things are laid out. You will see the many wine options. There's not much seating besides the barstools and some small barstool tables. It seems like they were having an event also because I saw tons of reserved signs. I sat at the bar to get my drink then left. 5/5 for atmosphere.

Service could be better. The service was still dry and not fun and inviting. However, they did make my drink right away and got it to me within a minute. Just not friendly or able to sell the establishment (and suggest I try the champagne bar also). Maybe they just opened. 4/5 for service.

Drink. My drink was around $14 with tip for a margarita. Now, I'm a marg lover. It was an okay drink. Nothing impressive. The presentation was lovely, but the flavors were okay. I did have some salt on my rim (I prefer sugar on mine) and didn't notice until I left. I'd come back for a happy hour or try one of the frozen drinks. I think I should check out the champagne bar also....
