First off I want to say that I rarely write reviews. It takes me to have a really great experience or an absolutely horrible one to take the time to write a review and unfortunately in this case my experience was the latter. My husband and I went to Treble Makers last night for the first time and we were so excited to get a night out without our kids and we had really wanted to try out Treble Makers for awhile now. My husband ordered the NY strip and it was awful along with bland yucky mashed potatoes. The steak had a line right in the middle of gristle and fat and over 50% of the steak was not edible. The waitress told the manager and the manager came to our table and told us that the lead chef told her that there is always supposed to be that kind of fat in the middle of the NY strip and that’s why they call it NY strip. WHAT!?!?? My husband and I eat steak often and that is not true. If anything a non gristle line of fat is on the side leaving the middle portion edible not a line of gristle fat right down the center!! NY strips are one of the leaner steaks you can get. This steak was full of gristle and was just cheap but they charge $26 for it which we would have gladly paid had it been edible. The manager had an attitude and eventually said she would take 10 percent off the steak (an entire $2.60!, wow!) she basically said with an attitude when we said that was not a good solution that she isn’t allowed to even do that and was trying to help us. Whoever runs this establishment has chefs who don’t know food, managers with attitudes who they don’t empower to satisfy the customer. Our waitress was very sweet but that was the only good thing about our experience. Food was bad, overpriced for quality and the customer experience was absolutely terrible. We will never ever return. Looking at the other bad reviews it appears that the owner just gets defensive and rude versus taking constructive criticism and changing the issues of their restaurant. Such a shame as Wesley Chapel deserves better run companies and a dueling piano bar is such a great idea in the Grove but the management and customer service make this one establishment one you try out and don’t ever want to go back to. Save your time and money!

We ate here on a Saturday afternoon around 1pm. There were a few tables occupied inside and out and two larger groups. The two larger groups seemed to have a dedicated server. Our waitress was prompt with bringing the menus, drinks and taking our order. From the look of it though she had the whole dining room, minus the larger groups, and outside to herself. There was another person there but I'm not sure if she was the food runner, busser or bartender. The food was just ok and I don't know if it was the two larger parties but the service time was a little slow. We had the Thai wings for an appetizer, nothing special, the sauce could have come out of a jar from Publix. I ordered three steak street tacos, I would have liked to have a mix of proteins but was told it was only one protein across the board. This could be improved - there's no separate upcharge for the fish or shrimp so why can't you do a variety of on the same plate? The tacos came out with a single long strip of meat on top of each taco. I cut it up and pushed the pieces in to the filling - much easier to eat. Would have been a lot better cubed or thin strips from the kitchen. Seasoning was ok but steak was overcooked a little, not everyone likes well done steak andI'm not sure what cut you're using but it couldn't hurt to marinate it a little, it was a little hard to chew. My wife had the French Dip, she wasn't overly impressed either. Said the au jus was too salty and we questioned if the meat was shaved prime rib or not. Overall, not horrible just mediocre, will we be back? Maybe, some of the full plate dinner options looked good but it's not someplace we'd be making a special trip for.

Don’t leave reviews often, but felt this was a necessary one. We were excited to try the Sunday brunch buffet, but unfortunately it was a less than ideal experience. Atmosphere gets three stars because the piano playing was nice and Ariel kept the mimosas coming and at $15 for bottomless… not terrible! Unfortunately the rest was…. to be as honest as possible, pretty bad. Service: The hostess was on her phone the majority of the time we were there and wasn’t super warm. She was also warning people about the fact that you are not allowed to order from the menu and having people seat themselves and follow which I thought was kind of odd, but I get giving people the option. Food: This was the most disappointing part. Was excited for the beignets but they were crunchy and cold, the waffle was crunchy and hard, fruit was tough, lettuce on taco had brown on it and taco shell was hard from the heat lamp, baked ziti was bland. Fried chicken wasn’t bad and taco chicken wasn’t awful. Omelet station also not bad! I get it’s a $20 all you can eat which is a good price for a nice brunch buffet but this one was not worth it, which is too bad because we were so excited to try it. Our final bill with tip was $90 for two people… definitely a regret. Perhaps night time drinks and dueling pianos is a better time to try!

I don’t leave a lot of reviews but this seemed like it needed one. Also please read the owners response to the reviews that didn’t leave 4/5 stars. Very disheartening.

Anyways, we just moved to WC and I had looked at nice date/family night places to go to. I liked the pictures and the website but didn’t look at any of the reviews but I mentioned to my husband I wanted to go here given the live music and the menu seemed desirable. Yesterday he surprised me for my birthday with the kids. When I walked in, aesthetically, it was underwhelming. My husband had reservations for 7, we arrived at 7:05 and we were told you seat yourself. In the whole restaurant including the bar area, there were probably 10 tables with people, mostly couples, with the biggest party being a table of like 7. Stay with me, it’s pertinent. Our server came shortly after and we ordered drinks. My husband ordered a Mexican Mule and the server was like whiskey? He said Mexican mule, she said another beverage name, he was like no Mexican mule and had to point to the drink on the menu. We agreed she clearly doesn’t know the drinks. I ordered a glass of moscato along with calamari and brussel sprouts for appetizers. Both appetizers were okay, nothing that we would rave about. The moscato was flatttttt. Our kids ordered chicken tenders and fries. My husband ordered the half rack of lollipop lamb chops and I had the ribeye. *We ordered our food when she brought out our drinks because we have 3 kids and know the faster we put our order in the less time we are at the restaurant and we avoid irritable kids. Our food was taking forever. I was a second closer to complaining about the wait and could never locate the server when she then appears around the corner. It was 8:22 before we got our food! It was ridiculous given we put the order in so long ago and it wasn’t a busy day. As she is giving us our order another individual interrupts her to ask for the manger as she seems so angry to the point they ask her to have the conversation outside.

The atmosphere was okay. The live music was fine. During our time they played like 3 songs but I also don’t know how long they had been playing before us and I get they need break too but I would’ve enjoyed more music.

Our food was so disappointing. The food was COLD! My husband said the lamb chops tasted bland and undercooked as he ordered medium well. My ribeye was dryyyyyy. The kids had no issues with the chicken tenders but clearly their standards are not ours. My husband ate one lamp chop simply because we hadn’t eaten since breakfast and my husband loves lamb just as I love ribeye. That was so disappointing. My moscato was flat which we complained about everything and our server said she was going to tell the check. She came back to us with “well I told the chef but it’s half off entrees on Mondays so it works out that you already get a discount” and she replaced my flat moscato with a sangria to go because I didn’t want to stay there any longer. Don’t get me wrong she was nice though. I anticipated desert since it was my birthday as I asked her about the cheesecake at the beginning but given the rest of the food experience I didn’t want to take a chance — went to coldstone for ice cream instead! We just thought given it wasn’t busy that they food would be good versus a very busy night.

I don’t think we’ll give this another try but we wouldn’t have known if...

I waited a day so that I could get my thoughts together after the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant that calls themselves "Fine Dining". I made a reservation for 10 people (me and my husband, 3 kids, our parents and grandmother) for Mother's Day a week or so ago. I looked on their website and saw that they have brunch every Sunday ( See pictures directly off of their website) from 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. But then I wanted to check out the Events to see if there was something specific for Mother's Day. It stated that Brunch would be served from 11:00-2:00 and the website also says that the regular menu is also available all day. Our reservation was for 2:00, which was the earliest available at the time of reserving. We arrived at 2:00 and were seated within 5 minutes which was great. We sat down and nobody came to our table for 25 minutes to take drinks and I was confused because we did not get menus and I saw maybe two waiters. Then we noticed that there were carving stations set up. Underneath a cocktail menu we saw that they were doing a BUFFET for $45.00/person!! NOWHERE on their website did they say they would be presenting a buffet for $45/person. I would not have made a reservation had they provided that information. Once the waitress came over to take our drinks, she let us know that they were only doing a buffet and we cannot order from the menu. We went up to the buffet and there was nothing left but a few pieces of chicken strips, salad with no salad dressing, a few crab cakes and some meatballs. The waitress let us know that " it is an odd time because they will be changing the food over to dinner shortly". My family was starving. So we chose a few of the offerings to find that everything was ice cold. We waited, and waited and by this point it was 2:50 and the food still had not been refilled. I was absolutely embarrassed that I had all of my family come to this establishment. Finally, we told the waitress that we would not be paying a dime and that we would be leaving. She went to her manager who never came out but agreed that we did not have to pay. The waitress actually told us that "she apologized and that she hoped that we find some good food to fill our bellies." I was utterly disgusted and sad. What I thought was going to be a great Mother's Day lunch, turned into a complete disappointment. Everyone just decided to go their separate ways as trying to find another restaurant that was not crowded would have been impossible, especially for 10 people. Do better...

Treble Makers Dueling Piano is horrible starting at the top with the owner going down to the employees. Don’t waste your time going there because their food and service are equally bad. Our reservation was for 7 we arrived promptly and were seated. We didn’t get our first drink order until 8pm. Some of the drinks were water down and had to be sent back which took another 30min. I ordered a cuban and the pork was all fat and salty, I sent mine back. 2 other people ordered cubans and they weren’t happy with theirs either. 2 in our group ordered steak tacos and one of the steak tacos was full of fat and not edible. When we requested our bills someone in our party was still being charged the taco that they only took one bite of . When we questioned why she was being charged for something she didn’t eat the waitress started arguing with us. Then the owner came over and started arguing with us. The owner was rude, aggressive and definitely tried to flex because we were a bunch a girls sitting at the end of the table but we didn’t back down. He got angry and said since we weren’t having a good time we could all cash out and leave. At that point my sister went to speak with him on the side and he was rude and told her my other sister was trouble from the moment she walked in. I will add the one he said was trouble from the moment she walked NEVER complained about a thing and was happy with her food. At this point our group of 18 were all cashing out. The owner decided to walk to the other of the talk and say “ your friends over their aren’t having a good time.” No sir our party of 18 wasn’t having a good time, the food was horrible, drinks were watered down, including my Shirley Temple which is just sprite and grenadine syrup. The pianos were great and I would have probably given them chance if the owner didn’t treat us the way he did. The owner is suppose to refund our piano tickets. If it doesn’t get refunded I will post on it. More bad reviews to come.

Your reply is a flat out lie. BEWEAR because the owner isn't truthful either. who would be happy waiting an hr for water down drinks, then waiting another 30min to get the drinks fixed and continued bad service of the evening?? Our table didn’t and wouldn’t have apologized when we are owed an apology. On top of that the aggressive behavior of the owner?? If ANYONE was truly happy they wouldn't have left . No one is returning there. No one was happy Unfortunately Google will not allow me to reply. It will only allow me to...
