Sooooo freaking good! If you are lucky enough to be passing through this town, do yourself a favor and stop! There were three of us so we had a little bit of everything. The pulled pork was just right. It was tender with an awesome flavor. The brisket was to die for!! It was tender, moust and full of smoke flavor. The pit beef was sliced thin. It didn't seem to have as much smoke flavor so I poured the au jus from the brislet over it. It did the trick so I put it on a roll with horseradish sauce and I was not disappointed!. Green beans with bacon, sweet potato salad and cole slaw were all good. We also tried the fresh cut froes. Soooo goooood! Before we left they let us sample their freeze dried candy. Game changer! I wish we weren't just traveling through!!! Go...

We ordered a large brisket order by the pound for a very special family event and everyone was simply delighted! The meat was tender, juicy and such a delicious flavor! Our guest kept asking if we made it! Lol! Bob and family were very nice and helpful with our preorder,(a week in advance due to the size of the order). We can't wait to order the ribs next time. I go there frequently. I have never had chicken like they do it there. Nothing fancy. They just know how to smoke meat. Great flavor and so tender it practically falls off the bone. The ribs are also fantastic with bbq flavor from the smoke. If you are a fan of pit beef, this is the place for you. I actually prefer food trucks. Don't let that...
