Stopped here back in early June and had a great experience, friendly employee and quick service. Yesterday was an appallingly different experience. Pulled up with kids at around 8:20am, wanted to eat inside as I'm driving a rental car and I didn't want to make a mess. Doors are locked, so we go back to the car and go to the drive through line. Only two cars in front (who lapped me while trying to get INTO the locked restaurant)but still took about 5+ minutes to get my turn to order. Pull up, greeted, start ordering then asked to 'wait a minute.' Minute turned into 3, then 4, so I said hello, and they asked me to keep waiting. Finally return to take order, and I'm told the location is out of Pepsi, and the Supremes I've ordered will take 7 minutes. I get this isn't a usual breakfast item but since I'd already been left waiting a long time I was rather peeved. Next item I order is a Cajun Filet biscuit. This is a signature breakfast staple - however - they don't have any. I question this in disbelief and am told the manager didn't order enough or something. So no pepsi, no cajun filet, and a 7 minute wait for food. Finally get food, but the unsweet tea I ordered tasted sweet, like a watered-down blend of sweet and unsweet. Since we'd already pulled away from the window I had no idea what to do to replace the drink so I knocked on the door. Someone finally answered but it took a disturbingly long time to replace. And you know what? The drink was the same. I wound up throwing it out because it tasted awful and frankly i didn't know what else this crew might have put in the cup. Chicken was alright but the biscuits were horrible. They were super dry and without a drink now I couldn't really eat it. My son who loves biscuits also threw most of his away. Called the 800# for the Franchisee, Tands, and waited over 40 minutes for someone to pick up. This is telling that they must have more complaints than they can handle. Associate said they'd advise upper management to follow up with me but I have little hope they will. I want a refund!

Read moreHorrible service! Decided to go to Bojangles rather than Popeye's because of the long line of cars at the Popeye's drive thru - that was a huge mistake. When we got to the Bojangles' drive thru we could barely understand the person. She sounded annoyed when we had asked her what she was having us add onto our order. Ordered the 20-piece tailgate combo. We were told that it would take 15 mins for the order, to which we were fine with. She had added on the boberry biscuits, which she said came along with it (it didn't). We saw the order on the screen and just left it on because she had completed the transaction, turning off her headset, before we could get a word in. We waited 15 mins at the window, then were told to pull forward. We waited another 10 mins up front. After seeing 4 cars that were behind us leave with their orders, we went inside to find ours sitting on the counter. When inside, no one was at the front counter. We were not helped until we hollered back. Oh, yeah...that was our order. We were so hungry and annoyed about the service we left as soon as we could, not checking everything we had - missed one of our sides. No receipt was given during the time of payment or placed in the bag. Compared to Popeye's their sides were small; only enough for two people not for a family or party. Not worth my money. Read moreI just came through the drive thru at this location and yet again I have an issue with my order. I ordered a Supreme combo with fries and SWEET tea. This tea hasn't been anywhere near a drop of sugar. My previous visit I ordered the same meal and only got 3 supremes although I paid for 4. I double checked my receipt since they do offer a 3 piece option of the same meal just to make sure the order was placed correctly and indeed I had paid for the 4 piece meal. I understand mistakes happen but it is an ongoing situation at this location. I even called customer support on the last order because I could not get anyone to answer the phone at the location. Today I will be returning with my unsweetened tea so they can correct or refund me for their error. I will be a big of a pain to them as they are to me until they get it right. It really is not that hard to read and follow an order on a ticket. They were not busy today or on the previous occasion in which my order was incorrect. I will note I've never had any rude experiences with the staff at the drive thru as I see others have mentioned experiencing that.
