Hidden gem for seafood lovers! Everything hot, crunchy, and fresh!

We tried the Boom Boom Crab Fries and the fried seafood platter, and both were fantastic. The crab fries came loaded with real shredded crab meat, perfectly crispy fries (not soggy), and a generous drizzle of spicy mayo sauce that had just the right kick.

The fried platter was a great deal for the price, fresh and hot across the board. The shrimp were plump and juicy, the catfish had a naturally sweet flavor with a light crisp, and the soft-shell crab was a standout: crunchy outside, rich and buttery inside, with a savory depth you only get from whole crab. The fried oysters were also fresh and well-seasoned.

The only small note is that the fried items leaned a bit salty, but nothing overwhelming, I recommend using the tartar or mayo-based dipping sauces they give on the side to balance it out nicely.

My dad recommended this place. In my opinion would've been better off leaving the old Long John's there!! The only good thing I can say is the food was done in a reasonable time. I got my wife the catfish plate and I ordered the Seaford sampler. I will never come back to that place again!! They batter the Seaford in some type of corn meal I guess. No flavor at all!!! I could only imagine how the other stuff taste. Hours later I was awaken by a hurting and upset stomach. Stayed in the bathroom for almost an hour. My stomach is still bubbling and making all kinds of noises as I'm typing this. So to sum it all up go to Cajun boil bay to get the real deal and your money's worth. I don't know how long this place has been in business but I predict it won't be for long. I thought this place would be crowded for it to be a Friday night it wasn't at all. It's nothing to make a big deal over....

To the person who said the outside is deceiving—thank you! I went to this place thinking it was a different branch and my goodness am I glad I went inside. It was a rainy day but inside was clean, the music was going and OMG the food! The mussels, freshest I’ve ever had in a boil, the shrimp NOT overcooked, best I’ve had in a boil and the lobster tail was soft and perfectly cooked. If I had to give them any kind of constructive feedback, I’d love some more sauce flavors but the bases they have are good and didn’t over do the sweet taste of the seafood. Ohh and the pick you own—very affordable.
