My parents and I had a redemption code from tmobile for a free sandwich + 2 pieces chicken which I ordered through the app. After waiting 35 mins in line (lunch rush) I tried to pick up my parents and my orders but apparently it didn't go through "their" system. Seemed that this also happened to other orders. I had the order receipts screen on the app on my phone which I showed to a lady manager. She was on call with corporate I believe and ended up telling me the order receipt doesn't matter but if I show the redemption codes I could get it. It made sense to me since I thought they could just have a list of codes to settle it with corporate later. Since my parents weren't there, she said its only one per customer. I got my parents to come by and we all waited another 30-45 mins in line to show the redemption code on each of our phone. Then the lady manager changed the policy and now requires it to go through their system cause some other peoples orders seemed to went through. I told her I couldn't just reorder since the code was already redeemed and I again showed her the app receipt with order details, time, etc. After over an hour in line, she (not sympathic for my trouble at all) insisted she can't give out free food cause its not in the system. I felt both humiliated and slightly angry at all this. I'm sure a lot of it was a corporate issue but I also don't agree with how no solution was offered and just got a "nothing I can do, just deal with it". I also dont appreciate the sudden policy change and waste of my time when I was told to come back with my parents. I can only imagine how much more angry I would be if it wasn't a free offer but an actual order I paid and had a receipt for but it "didn't go through their system". I love Popeyes and its product but this experience has left a bitter taste and will go out of my way to visit a different Popeyes location...
Read moreTerrible service every time I've been, but today was the last straw. I decided to give this location another chance after months of avoiding it and driving farther to get better, consistent service, and it almost ruined my whole dinner. If you can go out of your way to go to another Popeyes I strongly suggest doing so. If not, I suggest going to one of the numerous other fast food restaurants nearby. This location 100% will ruin your lunch or dinner. This location consistently has the worst wait times of any Popeyes location I've been to, and it is obvious that the kids who work there do not care at all. They had 6 kids goofing off and standing around while the line piles up. They took my order down wrong and I had to clarify it once i got my receipt. Then when I was handed my food, both boxes had the wrong chicken in it and both were missing their fries. I knocked on the door as they were not letting people inside because of covid, and thankfully I was let in. I explained my situation and was met with nothing but arguments from the young employees. Then one girl pretended to get new chicken and handed me the SAME BOX of incorrect chicken still missing the fries. I called her out on this and the entire crew of kids then ganged up on me insisting they didnt do anything wrong. Thankfully the older manager (who I found out was covering for the usual manager, who is really responsible for hiring these children) came to help, and personally boxed my food for me and compensated me for the terrible service. The food was also inconsistent, it seems the person cooking was not properly trained as some of the chicken was spicier than the rest. The location that I typically go to, which is out of the way, is ALWAYS consistent with service and quality of food. The only reason this Popeyes does well is because of its prime location, right off a major intersection. DO NOT WASTE...
Read morecame in at around 9:10 with 1 car ahead of us on drive through, left at around 9:40. ordered 3 chicken sandwich combos and 8 piece chicken nugget with an extra fry on the side. got to the window and asked the lady if i can add 3 more sandwiches by themselves since there are no other cars in the drive through and she said yes. lady told the guy (who i assume was the manager bc of his different shirt) and he started to complain but noticed window is open so he didn’t say anything else. lady replied, it doesn't take an hour to make 3 extra sandwiches. lady gives us 2 drinks, and i tell her i got 3 combos, she turns to fill it up when the man proceeds to tell us to pull through very rudely. we pull through. lady knocks on window (so we could get the 3rd drink) but the man proceeds to tell us to pull through. 15 mins later he brings us the food. i ask him if coke is in the bag and he scoffs and says no I'm going to go get it. i also tell him that i ordered 3 extra sandwiches and they aren't in bag and he says no u didn't we didn't charge for them. i said yes we did, it’s on the receipt. he said he will go print me the receipt. 10 mins later he comes with the 3 sandwiches (very rudely). this whole encounter from him was rude from the 1st second. if you hate your job, quit. this man should not be in any type of position with that attitude. if it was a hassle to add the 3 sandwiches, they could’ve told me no, and i would’ve gladly went through drive through again. i’m not sure what his problem is, but that isn’t a way to talk to anyone. and they didn't give me my extra fries :). EDIT: and the...
