I made an online order that included 3 soups 2 medium and one small clearly the tags stated exactly what was ordered but the order received was not. They sent a medium mashed potato and a small mashed potato. When I called the location to speak with a manager they put me hold and never came back to the phone. This is not the first time that this has happened where they have completely jacked the order. This location seriously needs to pay attention to what is being order and place the correct items with people's orders UPDATE 1/03/25 Y'all I ordered again through door dash around 2 pm. First they labeled the sandwiches incorrectly while forgetting one of the sandwiches I placed another order for the sandwich I thought we didn't receive because of being labeled incorrectly. I called the location after the second order was placed and realizing that the sandwich I thought was missing was labeled incorrectly and asked the manager to put the missing sandwich with the second order she apologized and said she would. Y'all when I got the second order they still forgot the missing sandwich. Me being ticked all the way off, I drove to the location to get the missing sandwich I paid for without checking the 2nd order first. When my husband and I got home after work, around 8:30pm, he opened what we thought was his wrap tell me why it was a BUTTERED ROLL instead. This location is a joke. Read moreStopped at this WAWA about 130pm to get a frozen coffee. This was the worst drink I ever received at WAWA. It tasted and looked like frozen milk. Got a caramel and asked for drizzle in the cup and on top. I get this same order at other WAWAs with no issues. Anyway, the lady who fixed my drink said I'm supposed to pay extra for the caramel. I said what, I've never been told that before. She claimed her managers told her that she is supposed to charge extra. I'm confused as to how someone can decide to charge extra after I've already paid for an order, and then she didn't put much caramel at all. Any caramel at all would have probably helped the taste. I could not drink it. Threw it in the trash. Wasted my money. So instead of her trying to charge more, she needs to concentrate on making better drinks. Im a paying customer and if something is wrong with the order that I purchased. I'm going to bring it back to get it corrected. There should be no issue. The manager on duty had a terrible attitude. The cook had a terrible attitude. I ignored it. Waiting on my items to be corrected and all I hear is them talking about me laughing and joking. This is the second time this happened and this is the second time I got this response from them.
